Had to get an Rx for my 2 year old here while we were visiting from out of town. I went inside rather than drive-thru. There was a very nice lady at the front who greeted me and told me where to find a few other items I needed. I was in and out with my Rx in less than 10 minutes. Great job staff!

The night time pharmacist was able to accommodate my request and filled my kids prescription in 15 mins. Very helpful

I found everything I was looking for at cvs. I had a problem with my credit card for the new
Machines. They helped me at another machine and the card went through. Great customer service.

Today, I ordered some photos from this CVS, Mr. Syril and Ali helped me to pick the best photos when I had some blurred photos.

Long time ago, I have took photos for my passport from this CVS, other employees also nicely helped me to take better photos as well.

I had a great experince here with the minute clinic. The NP had a great bed side manner and extremely kind, as well as knowledgeable and efficient. The pharmacy was well run and compassionate, and answered all my questions. Will go again when needed.

Michelle was absolutely outstanding in her duties as the pharmacist. I called four other CVS asking for an emergency refill on a life sustaining medication and they refused to help even with the medication in stock at their location. As my last resort, I reached out to this location for assistance and I was immediately put at easy by Michelle’s professionalism and knowledge around the importance of the medication. Without her, I would have missed many doses of my life sustaining medication. I cannot put into words my gratitude. I how CVS corporate recognizes her efforts and do what is necessary to keep her services with the company.

There's not much to improve upon! A lovely atmosphere, helpful employees, and every item I'm looking for can be found at CVS.

Passport photos: The lady who helped me was very thorough and made sure that the photo was of good quality. This did mean that she took awhile but I rather spend 20 minutes at CVS than have my passport renewal rejected.

Every time I arrive, someone greets me from the register. I find staff at this CVS very friendly and helpful. I regularly come here for my prescriptions and there is always a pleasant person behind the counter at the prescriptions desk no matter how crazy busy. When they are busy, they work to hustle to have more staff checking customers out. This was not always the case,. I have seen customer service dramatically improve over the last 6 months and I felt a need for there improvements to be acknowledged with this review.

Personally, I do not understand the bad reviews. I have never had a bad experience at this CVS location. I have always found them to be very fast, friendly and helpful. I think this is the best pharmacy in the local area. They were more than happy to take Epipen coupons; they have special ordered prescriptions for us when other pharmacies (i.e. Walgreen's) would not; they had a prescription ready in the time it took me to walk from MinuteClinic to the counter at the Pharmacy.

The text message service tells me when my prescription is ready and then I go and pick it up. When I drop off my presciption, I dont wait for it. I always come back because they are a very busy and popular pharmacy, so it can take a while. But seriously people, sign up for the text service. It's great!

This is specifically for the pharmacy as I've been a customer off and on for over a decade! Super expedient and efficient, I rarely have to wait long at all and customer support over the phone was fantastic confirming details of medications that were in stock and out of stock whereas most other CVS's I called basically gave me the silent treatment. I've never had to use the 24/hr service or drivethru but I'm sure other people would appreciate those amenities. I HIGHLY recommend using the CVS APP since you get notifications on when medications are ready as well as a LASER QUICK checkout as they scan the unique barcode for your medication on the app! Lastly since CVS bought Aetna for 69 billion, being an Aetna customer it has made transactions between Insurance Company and Pharmacy absolutely SEAMLESS!

In reference to the front, there is one lady that stands out who is above and beyond Friendly in a genuine manner even when everyone else is miserable because of the atrocious weather. I appreciate the small things like (the warm greeting when you walk in) It really makes a difference!

SYRIL at Pickwick CENTREVILLE is a CVS ROCKSTAR! I BELIEVE HE SHOULD BE PROMOTED TO DISTRICT MANAGER! I usually have some quirky or obscure issue with my CVS extra care account and you always handles it with exceptional and expedient customer service. Furthermore, he is quite personable and SUPER FRIENDLY !

This CVS is always busy, however the pharmacy staff work hard and they know what’s up! The pharmacy is also open 24hr which is great!!! 💯👍

I moved to Centreville about a year and a half ago, and the I'm very grateful for the friendly staff in the pharmacy. Many times I don't really know what I'm doing (haha) so they have always been kind and helpful, which I really appreciate. Thanks! :)

I've been here a few times and have to give James a shout out! Helped me get my passport pictures ready and had me going in no time.

This is a good CVS location that does the trick every time I go there. The place is clean and the staff is helpful when you need help.
