Went in today for my two sons upgrades. Day helped get them together! He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. My sons were really happy with his suggestions.

I came into the store about a week ago On Sunday around 5:50pm. I spoke with a young lady name Sadie letting her know that I lost my phone and needed to get another because that was the way I clock in for work. She went above and beyond for me she even called her manger to make sure everything was being done right(manager was a great help too). She was not rushing me to get out the store even when it was pass her time to close. I had her in that store to about 7pm or later but she stayed and helped me even with my iCloud trying to get it unlocked. As well as she called me the next day just to make sure that I got everything squared away with Apple for my iCloud being locked. Loved this girl, personality, spirit, and customer service. We joked about her name and her trying to live by that sweet sadie song but she is doing just that. Also if this message could be delayed to her that would be great I told her that I would make sure I wrote something about her and wanted to let her know I did it late but I did do it because she deserves it.

Just left this location and loved it here. Jamesia didn't give up until she was able to help me find the perfect phone for me . Taught me more about a phone than I new . Got the new iPhone so happyyy . This the best location there is

I stopped by today and they were very friendly , they are open while doing remolding , i was able to pay my bill and i will be coming back next week for my upgrade

Sadie ,Tim and , ta'mya helped me out. I came in at the last minute and they were getting ready to close. They were nice they let me in 1 minute before closing and Ta'mya was able to get me my new iphone!! Cricket on Mlk is GREAT!!! keep up the good service!

Hello, i just want to inform you thzt Shawn is a great worker, careing for seniors. Very patience and explans the phone, and helps above an beyond the duties of a worker. He s a part of my family. I appreciate you having him at that store. Please give him some k il nd of raise or insensitive, because he truly deserves it. Thank you again , i m so glad i let Boost. Terrance was in this location managing alone as a new hire, I never saw him before but he was very nice and well spoken.
