I love this store because it had great lotions, body washes, fine fragrance mists, body creams, travel body creams, hand sanitizers, and hand soaps both gel/foam hand soaps, the flavors are great, they smell so good, and it’s perfect to use everyday routine

Ashley was so helpful and sweet! We ran into a few issues with the systems not reading barcodes and such (which is in no way her fault) but she made it quick and fixed the problems on her own! I just wanted to give recognition when i see someone doing a job well done! Thank y’all for making it easy to shop at this location (the malls always too much) :)

Super helpful and friendly staff that know their stuff. Not claustrophobic feeling at all with a lot of folks and even though it's a small store. Good deals if you subscribe to the emails.

I make the pilgrimage to this store once a year on Christmas Eve. Like most men, I’m immediately confused and don’t understand how they have so many things that smell and look just like each other. Without fail the staff are willing to help me find some mom and sister gifts that are always well liked. They do this with great friendliness and knowledge, I salute you and recommend this store to all.

Customer service here was amazing today! The staff was incredibly kind and so pleasant. I like checking out their seasonal scents. The store is very clean. They ask you to sanitize your hands upon entering the store.

Max 20 people in store, so was REALLY happy to see that they opened at 5am today to accommodate holiday shopping. 2 self check out spots and no line for registers. Super easy to shop without feeling rushed or crowded.

I love bath and body works!! I always go to this bath and body works and I've never had a bad experience. The staff is always so helpful and friendly and ready to great you at the door. And they have lots of precautions for covid. They have hand sanitizer at the door and 1-use bags for you to shop with. And they spray and wipe down the cashier counter right infront of you.

I'm was able to get lotions, etc. for gifts and for myself. The scents are great. My husband even likes and uses the products.
