I am very happy that the customer service at this location got improved so much. I gave 4 stars last year, and this year, I had to change to 5 stars. Employees were fast, courteous, and efficient. Thank you.

Marshalls in Chantilly is a clean and organized store. It is nicely stocked, although there is room for improvement in terms of organization.

Another good store. A lot of choices to choose from. You will always find Designer pieces at a lower price. The items are selling fast and just be patient when checking out because line is long.

It's well organized for easy shopping, the staff is very friendly, and sometimes you can find items you wouldn't have thought of.

Best selection of HomeGoods I've seen. A ton of clothes, I didn't look through. Not a ton of toys but great options and the seasonal section and baby section were also amazing.

Marshall's had reconfigured it's layout to have more open spaces for social distancing. Some of the familiar material has moved, so don't be disappointed if it's not where you expect it to be. It's still a great place to pick up discounted goods, which is why my wife and I returned too shop there.

Oh what a marvellous store. I checked boots price for $16.00 my god wall mart sells almost same boots for$60.00. great discount price store. I love it. 👍

Fatima has the best customer service in this store! She is so knowledgeable, nice and keen to listen to the customer. She has always helped me with smile!

Came here disappointed in the lack of politeness, customer service, organization and quality found at the “dress for less” store and was happily surprised by the cleanliness, lighting in the store and fitting rooms but mostly the better deals found around this store. Will definitely come back to find good manners and better prices then the other store.

Had a great experience at Marshall's. Except for the gatekeeper at the dressing room. She could have been a lot nicer. But the site was organized well and very clean. The woman at the register was awesome!

This store in the Greenbriar shopping center always has those little gadgets you don't find anywhere else. The kitchen and bathroom section are one of my favorites.

I didnt have the ecpe5iance in going in to this store location but I tell you the Manager Carmen at this Chantilly store #461 was truly a blessing and a help compared to the other Marshalls in Northern VA and even my own local Marshalls. The church needed a certain Item that was going to be shipped out from corporate and this store and Manager Carmen was the only operating store. The workers here truly know the meaning of customer service!!!!!

One of the best ones I've been to, organized. A lot more stuff than I expected, pretty big too. Will definitely come back.
