Giant Food

They have the fresh boneless lamb leg and the price isn’t bad. I also like their baby Swiss cheese and Semi Soft part Skim cheese and Artisan bread which are always fresh.

My recent visit to Giant Food in Fairfax, VA left a lasting impression. I had a query about the pricing and sought assistance at the customer service section. A kind and empathetic staff member quickly resolved my concern, showing a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Their prompt response and caring attitude made me feel valued and appreciated. The girl working tonight was super helpful and sweet, I think her name was Madison or something similar sounding. The machine kept freezing and having issues and she was immediately fixing it, and made sure I had a speedy and good shopping experience. Really appreciate her help

They deliver to your home. You can have delivery to your car the same day. Excellent staff. Great selection. Lots of parking. Slightly more expensive than the grocery store competition.

This store has really improved under the new manager, Shirlett she makes herself very visible to the customers and she is truly there to help. I've shopped at this store for over 25 years she is by far the best manager that I've encountered. Most of the employees customer service skills continue to improve and the cleanliness of the store is very good. The aisle are much easier to access with less clutter and it's truly a joy to shop here and be greeted with mostly smiles.

Amazing variety and some excellent deals.

Size of the store is small, but they stock surprisingly good varieties of foods ... however we went in to look for tonkatsu sauce and Liquid Smoke, but disappointed. The vegetables look nice and fresh. The varieties of fruits were good. As always service was excellent. We didn't have to wait a long time at checkout.

Good selection, staff are friendly. Lots of self checkout and they've implemented one way lanes for Covid-19 prevention. Good choice if you're looking for conventional groceries and a light selection of organic foods.

I originally rated this store one star for not providing electric vehicle charging stations for their customers 🚗. I'm so proud of Giant for rising to the occasion to help our planet and to help those who already own electric cars. I saw the new Volta charging stations in Giants lot for the first time tonight. I couldn't be more impressed. Thank you so much :-)

You ever shovel snow & want a hot pastrami sandwich with about 1lbs of perfectly sliced meat & Russian dressing on really good fresh bread if you don't want to buy a whole loaf of rye? That's exactly why you need to go to the Giant deli counter. You deserve a little homemade Katz in your mouth.

An amazing store with great workers. The attitude of the front manager could use some work, but the workers otherwise put in a great effort in everything they do. I saw this guy lugging around shopping carts like they were nobody's business, think his name was Church. Couldn't really tell at the time. Anyway, I asked him if he was cold since he was out there without a jacket or any kind of extra layers to speak of. He told me he'd been doing this for only a month and only moving these carts around for maybe a few hours! He did seem a bit frustrated but after what he told me about his day so far, who wouldn't be? Anyway, that's only one sample of the hussle these workers put in regardless of manager harassment of which we won't name names. Keep it up!

It's Giant food.... It's a grocery store with a pharmacy. Truly, it's exactly what it sounds like......

You can get food.... You can get your medicine... and.... just like basically every other grocery store, they have: flower shop, produce, salad bar, dairy section, "natural" foods, deli, seafood, meat, frozen food, wine and beer, greeting cards, pet food, self checkout, customer service, lottery, postage, a bank, balloons, and pasta!!!

Really, it's a grocery store. Not the fanciest, not the most basic, not the most expensive, but the cheapest...

Good selection, good price.... Go for it!!!

I frequently shop at Giant in various locations, but I must say that my experience at this Giant was like non that I've had before. During my most recent visit to this location a store employee went above and beyond to help me and I would like to acknowledge her. A young lady by the name of Jaelin noticed that I had dropped some money on the floor, and it wasn't just a few dollars either. I did not notice this, and would have left not knowing where I had lost my money. Luckily, Jaelin noticed that I had dropped my money, picked it up, and brought it to me, and couldn't have been more kind and courteous. People like her are needed in this world. A person with some humanity, integrity, and character is hard to come by nowadays!

An excellent Giant! By the way, there kitchen gadgets are on clearance, and prices are in some cases as good or better than W-mart. Also, excellent spice selection.

Decent coupons, very helpful and friendly staff, and clean. Also doesn't seem to change the layout so you always know where things are when you go a few times, good signage as well.

Giant means quality. We can trust the shop for the quality. It's the best place to take party supplies.

Went to Giant for a flu shot. They are efficient and I recommend them. Only thing against this location is the doors.
