Greenbriar UPS helped me print flyers for my business at very reasonable price, much cheaper than staples and office depot. Also, the paper quality is much better.

I learned the address that I was shipping to, was incorrect. I called the store and they were able to contact the driver, driver returned package to the store, they printed a new label and reached back to me to let me know all was well. That is CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you UPS Store #1697.

This is an excellent UPS Store. The Manager is very pleasant and provides excellent service not only during normal business days but also during Holidays when things get hectic. I have almost always received prompt attention and a greeting when I enter the store. The staff is friendly and the management almost always take care of any special requests I may have. All my packages have been delivered on time and all packages sent out get a receipt. I also have a mail box with this store and my mail is delivered promptly without any delays. I wish all my other shopping experiences were as seamless as this store. Please ignore the negative ratings given by other customers and do business here with FULL confidence. Many families depend on you, so continue the Great Service.

New owners have been GREAT this past year. We have our business PO Box at this store for almost 2 years and it’s terrific! Fast, friendly, accurate service every time, especially during COVID and rush hours. We get a lot of incoming mail and packages every day. Never had a problem of any kind. You’ll love this store. So convenient, easy in/easy out, plenty of parking, and open later so you can make it after work. Great location!

Great staff and excellent customer service at this location.

Great service! They are always efficient, but yesterday they went above and beyond when my return label wouldn’t scan. They offered to print it, but retailer was having internet issues. They kept the package and Hours later after internet issues fixed I called them and they got connection and were able to print return label and ship. Their willingness to follow up made all the difference! Highly recommend!
