I have worked with Deon a few times in the last two weeks. He assisted with getting my son on his own plan, my home router exchange and this evening I transferred 4 other lines to new phones and Deon was extremely pleasant to work with, extremely knowledgeable and got us in and out within 1hr 15 Minutes! Best experience I have ever had at a phone store! Deon you are great and what you do, keep up the great work!

Wow, what an awesome experience! Typically, I do not look forward to my trips to the phone store. So many things that are difficult to understand, oftentimes with an employee without a lot of patience. I just left the Buffalo store unstressed and happy. Thank you so much Stephanie!

I am completely blown away by the level of service I received from Stephanie and Devon today. I came in with a shattered phone and Stephanie used three different techniques to retrieve my data, as we couldn't use my screen. She was kind and patient and very very calm over the two plus hours that she helped me.
I'm a customer for llife now.

I am happy to say that a store front in Buffalo is a great choice. My wife and I’d experience at this store was incredible, thanks to Devin! He went above and beyond what we could ask for, whether it being patient with the process and our decisions, or breaking everything down on paper, down to the very dollar. He was courteous, professional, honest, easy to get along with, and an all around phenomenal person to work with throughout changing from Verizon on over to T-Mobile.

Highly recommend using this store, and we probably will in the future if we ever need to!

Mary (store manager) is absolutely amazing! My husband and I got new phones and had to transfer everything from our old phone, we were there for over 2 hours and she made it very enjoyable! Great personality and so much fun! Highly recommend

My father and I visted the T-Mobile in Buffalo, MN today to work out some phone issues and discuss mobile upgrade options, as well as T-Mobile home internet. We worked with Devin, who appeared to be the guy in charge. He helped us with some pretty tedious stuff, and even while doing so, he was multi-tasking like a champ and still assisting his 2 colleagues with their customer interactions in such a way that it still wasn't holding us up. He knew the answer/solution to just about every question or concern that we threw at him and for the questions that he didn't have an immediate answer to, he managed to find it but doing a little quick research, rather than just telling us that we were S.O.L. That guy seriously needs to be cloned and put in every T-Mobile store in the country. After having been in management for over 20 years, I was extremely impressed.

This location was well staffed, very efficient, and friendly. Tony was awesome. I left the Monticello t-mobile location to go to the Buffalo location, and I'm extremely glad I did.
