I've been building on a Carrera 1/32 set I got off Ebay for over a year now. With the pandemic and supply chain issues, my local hobby store hasn't had anything in stock to upgrade tracks for well over a year. The folks at Carrera Slots not only have stuff in stock, but it's cheaper (even with shipping) than I can get, even at my local hobby shop. Service is excellent, my orders ship the day after I place them, and everything always arrives in one piece. I cannot recommend this place enough... it's the only place I'll buy accessories for my Carrera track from now on.

Getting back into slot cars (after many, many years) I Googled several Carrera resellers and settled on Carrera Slots based on their pricing (OK I'm a cheapskate). Before ordering I called to verify their online inventory was reflected accurately and I was ensured it is.

Sure enough everything I ordered was in stock and shipped within a day or so. Since then I have placed an additional order and when everything was in stock again they shipped in a timely manner. Each shipment has been very well packaged.

My track layout is roughly 62 ft with accompanying digital accessories. It also includes inside and outside shoulders for curves. I'd guess close to 200 pieces all told. Of those pieces I did run into a couple that I felt had quality issues. I sent an image (of the issue) to them and instantly they had Carrera ship out replacements. Very impressive!

During the process I have emailed and or spoken to several of their employees and the best "review" I can give is everyone is very professional and friendly. Simply a pleasure whether you are placing a large order or trying to resolve a warranty issue.

Bottom line, great pricing and beyond professional service. I look forward to my next order!

Great service and consultation. My only wish would be when ordering multiple replacement tire orders, that all tires are identified to the car I ordered them for. There are so many codes used by the manufacture and the supplier the “car code” gets lost in the final invoice.
