Dunkin'

Although the drive thru itself is a little annoying to navigate, the end result is worth it. I go here at least once a week sometimes twice. My beverages have always been made correctly and taste yummy. My one favorite is the Iced coffee, 6 creams, 6 pumps of either caramel or pean praline. I do like the Churro Blended ice with extra flavoring. I have my favorite drinks saved for future orders. Customer service is helpful and friendly, usually smiling too. I would highly recommend this Dunkin' location. Keep up the great work!!!

Drove thru and ordered an ice coffee with sweet cream and 6 doughnuts. They recommended their brown sugar sweet cream which I did switch to and it was great. Maybe it is the new equipment (or just because it is close to home) but these were the best DD doughnuts I’ve ever had!

The team at the Buffalo location is top notch! My order is always correct and fresh! I go almost every morning, and I’m never disappointed! Friendly faces and great coffee! 10/10!

Yummy! Got an iced matcha latte with a couple of raspberry shots and one vanilla shot with almond milk...so good! The black pepper sandwich was really tasty as well!!

Once you get through the drive through the first time, it's much easier to navigate, despite it looking intimidating. My drink has always been correct and out the window quickly. Even with a focus on speed, I don't feel rushed through because of their friendliness.

Had two great experiences driving through a big family vehicle with multiple orders. Staff is friendly and patient, will return as this is on our route back from the cabin!

This place has smokey coffee. Perfect temp not one town down then u can. And the cup is solid same temp till uts gone. Someone science the heck out of morning coffee. Perfect donut sized if your in the mood for sweet without the sluggishness. It's damn good.

Online order review: I ordered using the app and everything is customizable. Everything. It’s super easy to use too. So anyways, I arrived and told the lady I had a mobile order and gave her my name, she told me to pull up to the window, my food was ready for me, surprisingly fast. Now, onto the food…. It was delicious and tasted fresh, not like other fast food places where it tastes like it’s been sitting there for hours. The food was great and so was my drink….Cake batter was my coffee. So delicious. Definitely the place to go… I used to be a regular at another drive thru breakfast place here in Buffalo, but Dunkin is now my regular place! Highly recommended!!

I absolutely love this Dunkin location. My drinks are always right, donuts are always fresh, and sandwiches always hot. I appreciate the staff here as well, they are so friendly and I never feel like I’m being rushed.

Brand New Dunkin' open in Buffalo. Phenomenal service and got us through quicker than expected. Great experience, and great coffee!

I go here every Saturday with my nephew's! The team is friendly and of course the coffee is great.
