The Pharmacy team is great at this location. They are always fast, friendly, and helpful. The Walgreens automated pharmacy call in AI is also very helpful. I never have a worry that my medications will be late or wrong with this crew and the automated refill interface is very easy to use.

The pharmacist Leila is AMAZING!! She went out of her way to help when CVS and WALMART did not even offer to help locate a “hard to find” medication! Thank you again Walgreens!!

I received packages at the location before. The most recent pickupmstated I only had one package coming when I know I had two. The gentlemen looked and apologized for missing it. They were pleasant at pickup.

I give this store a 5 star. The people there are so kind and they geuinely care about the customers needs. I have to say this store is one of the best store in the Tallahassee Walgreens community.

Managers were awesome and pharmacy techs were awesome, but the pharmacist was the most rude inconsiderate person I have ever met in the medical field. If looks could kill I would be dead. After he closed the pharmacy 2 hours early he even saw me leaving in the parking lot and continued to brow beat me. Out of professional respect I did not ask him why he seemed to hate me and his job so much. The manager even told me he would probably not even show up the next day because he didn't want to be there. If you don't like your job then quit. Your attitude makes the other very professionals look bad as a team.

Called Walgreens Pharmacy on Bannerman today regarding my prescription. Understanding they gets extremely busy, I was placed on hold 5 different times, last time a young man answered asking me how may he help me, I began to explain nicely,he called me by my last name he knew who I were. He then placed me on hold and never came back, I finally hung up called back no answer. Walgreen professional training is desperately needed, a customer deserve to be treated with respect 😞😞

Been using Walgreens for many years, and today had a bad experience, understanding that they get extremely busy. But today I called and was placed on hold 5 different times, last time young man answered and hung up the phone on me after explaining the reason for my call, and complaining to him about being placed on hold (5) times . I then called back no answer , Wow what kind of staff they’re employing today? Walgreen Training is needed 😔😔

I'm very frustrated with this Walgreens Pharmacy. Cassandra is not friendly, cuts you off when your speaking, and tries to rush me out. She doesn't say Good morning, good afternoon. I'm seriously considering moving my families prescriptions elsewhere.

Pharmacist at this location is the worse in Tallahassee, FL.Supposedly this female pharmacist was a fill-in for the day and didn't know what she was doing. When I called to have a prescription transferred to this location it was never done, until I phone to say forget it I'll go to a different Walgreens. Than was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. When I went to pickup it had been 2 hours and still it wasn't filled. I asked why it wasn't filled when they told me 45 minutes over 2 hours ago? She threathen to call 911 which she should have. Instead I"m writing this review and next will be calling corporate office. She has also done this to other customers before me and after me since I stayed to listen to another of her excuses. This so called fill-in pharmacist on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 should lose her job for the way she is. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION!
