AT&T Store

Worked with Patrick-Ryan to switch from T-Mobile and get my new iPhone situated. He worked with me so patiently for over 2 hours (not due to him but T-Mobile we waited forever on the phone with them). I had my niece, nephew and other half there waiting. Patrick-Ryan was so kind and made our time there really effortless. He was a huge help and even played with my nephew and niece trying to keep them engaged (they were wanting to get to the beach and getting restless). I’m so grateful for his patience, time and assistance. The store is lucky to have him there working - awesome customer service.

Mason provided the best AT&T experience we ever had on 1/5/23. He was great, quick, and knew exactly what he was doing when it came to switching our new iPhone, trading in our old, and bill payment questions. AT&T needs someone like him in all their locations. Thanks Mason!

Our recent visit at your Kapiolani Blvd branch was amazing because of Agnes. She is patient, professional, knowledgeable and just marvelous! Her customer service is excellent and you will not be disappointed! Mahalo Agnes!!

Irvin was great! Had issues with my voicemail and another location was not able to help me with the issue and said to call tech-support for help. I was not able to get through to them at all through the automated system so I thought I’d stop by another location to see if there could be anything that could be done. Erwin greeted me right away and got started with assisting me although they weren’t able to get the issue fixed in store. They stayed on the phone with the tech-support team until they were able to fix the issue. I was there for almost an hour and a half (which I’m so sorry about Again!) and not once was I mean to feel like a bother or that they were just trying to rush me out. I really appreciate Irvins help and his patience!

omg. Agnes was so helpful and quick! I needed to switch my plan for my family and set up a hotspot for my line and she helped me do everything in less than ten minutes. It ended up saving us money too :)

We set up the ATT International Day Pass account w Mark Hiraki at ATT’s Kapiolani Office in Honolulu. Excellent service and we will definitely come back.

I am a foreign immigrant. There was a problem with my phone account and I had to solve it, but my English was poor and I needed someone's help. So, on Sunday, October 23rd, at 9am, I went to the AT&T shop in Kapahulu, and the only male employee there was very unfriendly and even lied to entice me to create a new account. I was so upset so I found an entity shop. right here The staff who helped me were very friendly and quickly solved my problem. I was really really thhappy . This branch is really always friendly and gets things done quickly. I really appreciate Nathan for helping me. He was the best. Thank you NATHAN 🙏

Corner where store is located looks "shady" and dirty, but I had a good experience once inside the store. Representative greeted me as I entered the store and immediately worked on resolving my iphone issues. I also purchased a sturdy case for my phone that was moderately priced. Afterwards the representative also shared some helpful hints to get the best experience from my phone.

They were knowledgeable and could answer my questions about the promo for Samsung S23. Quite satisfied with their efforts. I did sign up for the promo. Nice to get reasonable information to help me decide.

Isaac Tierny was amazing and should be rewarded for his outstanding attitude and phenomenal customer service. He sat with me the entire time though my upgrade process and his demeanor did not falter at all. 11/10 stars.

Harsh Kotak helped get my wife a new phone and helped me gain cellular access to my Apple Watch. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

He's amazing and actually went out of his way to search out the best ATT services for my family. He found deals I did not know we were eligible for or that were possible. I can't praise him enough. Sales representative Harry went above and beyond in providing me with excellent service! My phone was having some strange errors no one had seen before, and he did everything he could to help me resolve the issue. I will definitely be back to see Harry if I have any issues in the future.

Tony was amazing! We went in to split our phone bill in half but he gave us such an awesome reason as to why we should stick to a family plan! Really great explanation and very patient! I recommend Tony to help anyone if you ever go to at&t by McKinley high school! Awesome awesome service Tony!
