When I landed at HNL I found out my car I had booked elsewhere had been canceled. I went to Sixt to try and find a replacement. I had picked out a little convertible but had an issue getting the top down on it. The gentleman made sure to have that car taken away and upgraded us to a BMW Z4 and helped turn around a not so fun start to our trip. I can't thank him enough. My wife and I are now enjoying the island the way I intended, with the top down and wind in our hair and when nobody else was there to help. Sixt came through.

Rented a car at Sixt while on our vacation in Oahu. Mele T. checked us in and gave us the best service. She was very friendly and helpful in walking us through the rental process and offered us the best upgrade! She even gave us some safety tips on going around the island and being mindful of the beach tides, local spots and safe parking 😃 Mahalo Mele! 🌺🐚🌴

The overall renting experience was fantastic, we used the online check-in option and booked our car before our arrival in Hawaii which is really appreciated after several hours of travel specially with kids. We got a free upgrade to a bigger and newer car which was also surprising. We just had to show the QR code and the drivers license to the agent in the Sixt counter at the airport and they handed the car keys immediately! I would rent again with them, no doubt.

Desiree was super kind and welcoming. She made sure that my process was super fast and took the time to welcome me to Hawaii. Even gave me some local advice on things going on and where to go. Aside from the conversation, I had keys in hand in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely be coming back to this car rental again. Never heard of them before, so it was a pleasant surprise from my usual experiences with car rental companies.

I rented a vehicle from this location at the Honolulu Airport and the staff was amazing to deal with. They took care of all my needs even when I had to switch my vehicle the process was quick and easy. I will definitely rent from them again and recommend you give them a chance as well.

Sixt was amazing! Such an easy way to pick up a rental car. Everything was perfect and ready. Suzy even helped us to our car and then gave us a bunch of local recommendations!!!

When I returned my vehicle, Suzy was extremely professional when informing me of the process to return and when I will receive my emails for receipts. Her patience with my questions and demonstrated empathy guarantees that I will choose Sixt when returning to Oahu. I return to HNL a minimum of 8 x / year and usually choose Enterprise rentals. It makes big difference to have friendly and excellent customer service!

We had an excellent experience at the Sixt location at the Honolulu airport. After a long travel day, we got our vehicle quickly and even got upgraded at no cost! We will definitely be renting through them again!

Renting from SIXT (Honolulu Airport location) was quick, easy and the people were friendly. I was expecting to get a Toyota RAV4 and was given a Nissan Rogue which performed well and was nice to drive. Dropping off the vehicle was really easy and painless. I would rent from SIXT in the future.

Suzy was fast and efficient. Had a great experience. Got a free upgrade. This is our 2nd time using Sixt in Honolulu. Great job. Even to the check in staff. I think his name was Paul.

We rented a Mustang Convertible at the Honolulu airport car rental and customer service was awesome. I forgot the guy’s name that helped us when we picked up the car but he was awesome. Susie was awesome at the car rental drop off. Customer service is very friendly. The car was so fun to drive! We will definitely use Sixt again when we come back for another vacation in Oahu. We had a great time!

The app let's you pay, choose, and pickup your car all on your phone. An employee took one of my large suitcases and walked me to get my keys and then walked me to the car and loaded my suitcases into the trunk. Then she refused a tip. Wow! I've never had such a timely and stress free car rental experience.

We rented a bmw convertible. Car was in great shape (obviously had a few bumps and bruises to be expected). We checked in as soon as we landed online, once we got to the rental booth we just had to pickup the keys and enjoy our holiday. The process was easy and smooth. Returning the car was also easy we pulled up and handed over the keys. Our final receipt had no surprises will definitely rent again!

"THE Paul" and "THE Suzy" at Oahu airport made the car rental process smooth and family like. Ohana. They helped us get a car that worked for us. Oahu is an amazing place! Highly recommend.

Among the rental car companies I've used so far, Sixt makes the trip even better by giving me the cars with the best service and good condition. Everyone who helps is kind, Ms. Mo helped me well and Ms. Suzy kindly upgraded me. Of course, I will use Sixt on my next trip.
