The store in Ala Moana center was cleaned, staff were very helpful. I had problem loading my CVS care card, the staff explained to me why and helped me corrected the issues. I got to buy the chocolate which were on sales. And the other staff helped me to find the chocolate that I loved. Very appreciated their helpfulness.

11/22/23 I want to say a huge MAHALO to LIN or cashier # 2160200 best cashier always so kind when I am there, knowledgeable, has patience, gives amazing service to myself and all her customers daily and the manager this morning who checks on all
his customers, help with my things to the car, because I was having difficulties and another wonderful female worker who went to get my AUSSIE shampoo and conditioner for me, this morning! Ala Moana Longs Drugs Store NO KA OI. You are always PONO! MAHALO!

Great prices. CVS affiliated too so my points and coupons were honored there.

This review is for the employee Nelson that helped my sister and I at the Ala Moana Location. She wanted 7D dried mangos, but we couldn’t find any. Nelson went all the way to the storage and grabbed cases for us. He even price scanned and gave us mango smoothie recommendations from around the island. 10/5 stars!

I haven't shopped at the Ala Moana location since Covid. I was EXCITED because they have a wider selection than at the Halekauwila location near my home. I have learned to adapt to their selections at the store near my home because of the convenience. Also they have exclusive parking above of the store and by taking the elevator, it will lead you into the store.

Enjoying shopping in the store, always can find good bargains!

I had called Ala Moana Longs to check if the Nailique 2 was in stock , and Veronica had answered. She went and checked for me. The item was in store and I had asked if the item can be on hold and that I can buy at night time , and I was so happy with her help I was able to purchase the Nailique 2 and it was waiting for me when I had asked the worker I have item on hold. Thank you Veronica ❤ my nails have got stronger with this product

They have an instant photo 📸 machine near the entrance, in middle of store. It's .39 cents/photo (4x6 print).
Go here if WalMart picture labs is down. Target has no photo lab. Screw Rainbow photos (local shop nearby), it's criminally overpriced!!

Longs drugs is outstanding They have everything you want. Yes they are busy, so calm down and enjoy the service and the cool store . The ones in Hilo are outstsnding too. Down to earth friendly service and people.

Still a great store with necessities, food and souvenirs available for purchase. Still hate the lack of parking but convenient as anything!
