Budget Car Rental

Upon return/dropoff of vehicle (WNR 656 - grey Nissan Rogue) on Sept 21st 2023, the lady staff took over my rental and hurriedly drove off and away after I thought I had completly removed all items. Only on board the plane some few hours later did I noticed that my recently bought in July 2023 TomTom 6" GPS satnav (valued @ €350) was actually still stuck to the front windscreen. I have now no idea on how to call the desk to request retrieving it. I hope that Budget will offer recovering it and dispatch it to me asap, thank you.

Update: I have since, as of yesterday, recieved confirmation by Budget Honolulu that my GPS unit has been found and arrangements are underway to be shipped out & delivered to my home through Fed Express. TQVM Budget, Hawaii. 🙏👍🏻

I feel confident in returning to Hawaii and of course, pick up another SUV again to tour the island(s) on our next sail in the near future.😎🕺🛳🇳🇱

Not sure what all these negative screams are about. Tell you a secret, go sign up for Fastbreak and you will thank me later. I got off the plane and received an email from Budget right the way. I went across to Terminal 2 where I could select a car out of the four. I got a free upgrade and got a beautiful good condition Honda Pilot. I scanned the license with my phone and it’s ready to go. Returning cannot be easier ! I am a happy customer from my experience. Also, staff is super friendly and nice !

We switched from a different rental car company to Budget and have used this site several times. It's been a very easy to rent the car online, find the rental place at the airport and return the car at the end. We have been pleased with the cars we have received each time and returning the cars have been quick and easy.

Picking up the car was a easy and a calm process especially travelling 15hours. Reliable and vaule for money car options. Just be mindful of car damages as car had scratches on the left passenger door and car wasn't clean properly. As I found left over rubbish in the back seat compartments and peanut slabs. However either than that, it was a great over all experience

Budget at Honolulu airport was the best. Easy to get to, when we got to the rental area, it was so nice clean and lots of space for families to wait while one would go and do the rental with the agent.

Budget Car rental is a very good place to get a car. Everything seems to be very efficient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I actually ended up with the car I wanted to have.

Renting a car in Hawaii is not easy it’s important to note That it is extremely competitive meaning prices are high. It’s hard to get the car you want because the demand is very high. Also, bear in mind, there are some pretty high daily parking fees at most hotels.

Bearing all that in mind, we thought Budget made it very easy!! Fast track is great!! Use budget!

I always use Costco to book rental cars for deals and I would always choose BUDGET. Budget never failed me on my rental cars in anywhere I go. BUDGET always step up the plate and made it to my satisfaction. I would like to special mention RYAN in Honolulu Budget Airport that he did above and beyond customer service to me and my husband to make sure our vacation would be stress free with the car that we rented. Had a really good experience with budget at HNL. We had a mystery vehicle, and recieved a Jeep Wrangler. The vehicle was awesome and it was also very clean.

Rented a Jeep for a week on the island. From the time of booking to return, this company was great. The vehicle was clean and easy to drive. I love the ability to pre purchase fuel so you don't need to worry the day of your flight about finding a gas station and can concentrate on making your flight. I have used this company for multiple work trips before and have had incredible service and cars every time. I highly recommend this company to all of my colleagues and friends.

Located next to airport in a newly built building. There is free shuttle between terminals and car rental building. Lucky that we don't have to wait in line for long. Just in and out in a short time. Friendly staffs at the counter as well as at the car lot. Return car is also a breeze within 5 minutes. There are scratches on the car, just remember to take pictures with your pointing finger next to it and the odometer as proof.

Budget is an excellent car rental agency and my go to choice for a rental car. I always receive great service and have never had a problem that they could not resolve to my satisfaction. Great Job Budget!

I’m not about loyalty points with budget, now days it’s a nightmare seeing long lines. With fast break it’s simple. Make your arrangements, pre pay, arrive and skip the line.

We rented a car from Budget this last week while we were in Honolulu, Hawaii. The entire process was seamless and pleasant. Such a great experience, thank you Budget and agent Scotty.

We got a different car from what i booked but they didn't disappoint. We have to use a car seat, so we needed something that will fit us and baggage.
The staff were friendly. I had to ask a few questions and they answered me with kindness and patience.
The pick up and drop off was an easy process.

Budget Rental: lifesavers on the road!

I recently had an experience with Budget Rental that went above and beyond my expectations. My travel plans were thrown into disarray when there was a road blockage and we were worried I wouldn't make my flight. But the team at Budget was incredibly helpful and resourceful. They made arrangements to return the car so we could make our flight. Thanks to their quick thinking and excellent service, I not only made my flight but also had a much less stressful travel experience.

Our recent experience with Budget at the airport was great! We arrived on a Thursday around 2pm. There was a line, but it moved at a pace that is expected when being assisted with a car rental.

Turow was our agent. We were called over with an Aloha and a smile. He was very friendly, courteous and ensured we understood our pricing with additional options such as insurance, etc. Thank you Turow for your excellent service!

We got the car we reserved and retrieving our vehicle was very easy and seamless. The jeep was thoroughly cleaned and exiting the parking lot with the QR code was a breeze.

Returning the vehicle was also just as easy! Pulled up, left the keys in the car and went on our way.

I signed up for Budget's Fastbreak program, which is free with no strings attached, to avoid the lines to pick up my car. My rental started on a Wed in January and ended on a Sunday. With Fastbreak, you head up to the 4th floor of the Consolidated Rent a Car building. There was only 1 person ahead of me in line and I got my car quickly and painlessly. Returning was also easy. Highly recommend.
