Best Western Plus Gas City

Broke down with transmission troubles, 500 miles from home. Had to stay there 7 nights. Gave us a good price for staying that long and let me park my utility trailer in their lot, until my vehicle was repaired. Highly recommended.

Stayed on our trip to visit family for the holiday! The room was perfect for mom and I. Wemade it to breakfast late, as we over slept:) We had our favorite breakfast- eggs and sausage! We will stay again, if our travels bring us this way again!

This hotel was really simple and nice me, my family and pet really enjoyed traveling here. The people were nice and helpful its in a great location, places to eat and shop near by. Very peaceful here when you just want some peace and quiet time or just need to rest after a long drive (side note look to get a room on the first floor) this is the place to go the rooms were clean, the beds were clean also and very comfortable love the microwave and fridge in the room,the pool was nice, clean and warm I can't wait to comeback soon.

Stayed here many times. Nothing but positive. Pool is great. Staff is professional and courteous.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and even had my baby shower there many moons ago. I think it's a pretty good place to stay and my son loves swimming in the pool. Very comfortable beds and clean bedding. It was everything we wanted in a hotel and the free breakfast was icing on the cake. Best waffles ever!

I had my son’s birthday party there and it was a great time. The staff was very friendly and polite. Kiddos tend to get loud in the pool area and nobody complained about it not even the staff. I appreciate that! The facility was very clean along with the room. She provided us all the towels we needed for the pool area without any complaint on the amount of towels we used. Definitely will give this experience a 5 star rating. Thank you!

I spent three nights there when my heat was out. Nice place and friendly staff.

It was mine and my then girlfriend 1 yr anniversary and I booked a room for a night through a very nice lady named Dixie she made sure we had everything we needed.

No complaints, clean room, employees seemed nice. Looks to be family owned.

The front desk staff was really helpful in a time of need.
The rooms are really nice.
Great pool. Nice area for breakfast where guests are able to sit and eat at a nice table and clean area. And the front lobby area has a nice sitting area as well. Nice kept ladies room outside of the pool area.
Nice vending machines not far from the front desk.
The hotel was kept clean.

The rooms are clean but it's time for an upgrade which has nothing to do with the employees who are amazing! I'm giving this hotel 5 stars bc of the service and Dixie is amazing! She was very understanding to my children who both have autism and made sure to put me somewhere they wouldn't bother other customers. She was very helpful on other things, every employee I interacted with was polite and helpful for the entire 3 days we were there! Thank you BW employees!

It was a great night very clean staff are great i def am going back! Plus there is a little area in the town to go and feed a variety of animals our kids had a great time also!

Very satisfied with my stay at this hotel, had some of the best hotel pillows ever slept on. Many times they are lumpy or just go flat , not these. Bed was great too. They had a breakfast which was very convenient and pretty tasty too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and update.

Very friendly staff, room was clean as well as the entire hotel. Breakfast was good. Area for breakfast was spotless and the employee working the breakfast was visible and restocking. Very enjoyable stay.

Ashley and Mike made our stay positive and comfortable. The morning breakfast was good. Room was very clean. I do believe that the King size bed does need to replace soon, a little lumpy.
All in all it was a great 3 day stay.

We always stay at this hotel when we go home for a visit.It's maintained well. Always clean. The breakfast is above average for a free breakfast. The person taking care of it kept it well stocked and was on hand in case anyone needed anything. Very nice . We like this place and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else even though there are some places very nearby that are less expensive.

This is one of the nicest places to stay that I have found for quite some time. It is a very clean place and the staff is exceptional ! The beds are first class and great for anyone who may have back trouble. The rooms are spacious and inviting. We enjoyed our stay there !

VERY CLEAN! Nice stay, room was very nice, no issues. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel, but it looked very good. Nice fitness center and visiting area. Great location for traveling. Surprisingly QUIET, bonus! Would definitely stay here again!
