Got my new Galaxy 23 Ultra at this store. Ed greeted me warmly as I arrived and walked me through the whole process easily and seamlessly. Both agents in the store were friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the products. Ed made me feel like I was sitting at my kitchen table with my family. The phone is great but your agents were greater. Ed is a tremendous asset to your company and should be treated as such. Thanks, Ed, for a great experience (especially compared to the negative experience in Selden, Middle Country Road).

Medford is by far best Verizon location in Suffolk County. David R. Is professional knowledgeable and looked to save me money. Purchased a new phone for me and my daughter got the brand new iPhone couldn’t be happier with my buying experience.

Me and my wife went into upgrade my Verizon account and to upgrade our phones.. Now let me tell you it was a wonderful experience we were taken care of from beginning to end by Stephanie Ovalles.. She was excellent with her customer service, her knowledge of the products and services of Verizon.. I highly recommend going to see her for all you Verizon needs.. Oh and on top of it the store closes at 9pm and our business ran over and she wasn't pushy or trying to rush to wrap it up. She stayed without complaint to make sure we were happy and our business was done!!

For an "independent" Verizon store they can't be beat!! We've patronized company owned stores in the past and have tried "other" independents that just don't give the time and attention that THIS Store does! Eddie was super awesome in caring about making us, the customers, happy. That's how it should be! Thank You Eddie!

I had to upgrade my iPhone 8 and this was down the street from my job. Asfand helped me, making it super quick and easy. He signed me up for auto pay and suggested changes in my plan according to how I use my phone. Ended up making my bill $30 cheaper monthly, with an IPhone 11.

I highly recommend coming here for your next phone, you will not regret it!

This store was great. We bought my daughter a new phone tonight. No pressure to get a ton of unneeded accessories and the sales guy was super patient while helping us. This is definitely where I'm going for now on with all my cellular needs.

It was great to see that the Medford location finally opened, as it is conveniently located near my home. On opening day, I stopped in to take a look at what the new store had to offer & upon entrance I was greeted by a sales rep, Edward Brown. Mr. Brown was extremely friendly & knowledgeable in all aspects of my device and even recommended some additional helpful accessories since I commute back & forth to NYC & travel frequently. This will be my new go-to store for the future.
