I called to order a seat cushion for my wheelchair. Due to mistake I made I didn't check to see what address they had for shipping. I assume since they shipped me a wheelchair to my house that they had that address in their system. When I called to check on where the seat was it had been shipped to the Manassas address. It never dawned on me that they had that address. The seed had already been shipped out and sent can they quickly correct the mistake and ship me a new one to the right address. Their customer service is beyond exceptional. I worked in customer service for many years. A lot of your problems with customer service are you it's not them. And if you're dealing with insurance a lot of times it's the insurance plans. When my wheelchair broke they replaced it with no problem. You should be proud of your customer service team and be proud that they're working for you. Thank you Sean Keller

Needed some accoutrements for my CPAP machine. Not only did they have everything on hand, they were very helpful in selecting a new mask. The one they reccomended is far and away the most comfortable I've ever used. Real life savers!

Dr. Chinelo Mere and Lauren absolutely ROCK. I thank them SO much for taking care of me in such a fabulous manner. They managed to process and deliver a replacement CPAP machine LESS than 19 hours after I made first contact and became a new client. They managed to do for me what my previous equipment provider (which I had been with for 12 years) was unable to accomplish after weeks of phone calls, emails and faxes AND ZERO follow-up from them. That is what happens when you take a customer for granted after so many years, you get fired!! I was blessed to find DynQuest Medical And these two fabulous human beings who treated me like another human being and not an account number. They responded my email so quickly and answered all of my questions. I recieved my breast pump 2 days after I provided my insurance information! I'll definitely contact them next time if I need any medical equipments or another breast pump.

What a cheerful, easy company to work with. When we needed a CPM device for my husbands surgery, they had stock and were able to pull it together within 30 minutes for surgery the next morning. Chinelo and her staff were so helpful. Thank you!

Easiest experience ordering a pump ever. I sent an email, they responded almost immediately, answered my questions and I got my pump the day after I sent in my information. & they were super friendly!

I emailed a rental inquiry to them and the response from the company was less than a day! Unfortunately they didn’t have it, (otherwise we would have rented from them) but they were so helpful in giving me a couple of other places to try. Thank you again for your help!

Zero stars
The woman working the front desk on the afternoon of 21 December 2022 told me that breast pump storage bags were not covered by Tricare.
I thanked her and walked out to verify on the phone with Tricare that they are covered and the representative assured me they were. When I returned with the Tricare representative still on the line to explain my confusion, she told me that my claim would be denied and that I could still order the bags, but to expect a bill when the claim was denied.
The DynQuest employee came across as unhelpful and unwilling to assist to figure things out, even after I asked her what my next steps should be so that I could return home with the supplies written on my prescription.
To any new families looking to get a complete kit for home use, I urge you to go somewhere else.
UPDATE:
A few weeks later a different employee called to apologize and explained that bags were available and on hand, and that the employee I interacted with would not make the same mistake again. +2 stars for making the effort to reach back out and correct their error.

Took it over a month to get my belly band my drs office ordered. Emailed them multiple times and they just kept forgetting to send it out and ignored most of my emails. They say they called me in the beginning but I had no voicemail or anything indicating who called or anything to call back. I had to contact them every time. I was told on the 6th it will ship out in 2 days and heard nothing until the 21st after I once again Had to email them. Then they said it shipped on the 21st. Now I am getting a email from them saying I am not telling the truth. Very unprofessional.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. We originally had ordered from them early in the pregnancy. Insurance changed and we reached out and cancelled. They still sent us a pump a few months later. Several weeks after sending the pump they call and ask for payment on the pump as my former insurance company denied it. Then they ask us to pay to ship it back and blame me for not calling them. All this weeks after the package arrives. Lucky for them I hadn't opened it, but if I had it felt like they were going to charge me. In the end after lots of stress and phone calls they send us a label to mail it back, but absurd to make a mistake and then blame the customer and try to charge the customer. In the end they paid to ship back, but was a ridiculous process and added stress in a time when more stress is not needed. Instead of just hearing me out as a frustrated customer they blamed me for getting upset and asked if I had ever made a mistake too and got mad with me. Get your pump elsewhere.

Wish I could give them zero stars. In August 2018 I emailed them my insurance card and prescription order for a breast pump. I was told I would receive the pump one week before my due date. Three days before my due date I had not received the pump nor had I heard from them. I left two voicemails regarding my order and never heard back. My baby was born one day before our due date. Sadly, she was taken to NICU thus my only feeding option would be to pump. After a 14 hour labor I had to take the time to call Dynquest to track down the status of my pump. When I finally reached someone I was told they had received my insurance card but my prescription was not attached so they had not proceeded with the order. When I asked why no one had contacted me to inform me of this she simply said "I don't know". In the TWO months before my due date, no one took the time to follow up with me. Thankfully, the hospital had pumps that I could rent. Today(November) I received a call from Dynquest asking if I was still interested in purchasing a pump. I relayed my experience to the woman on the phone and was told they had tried to reach me for my prescription on October 17th. That's nice, my baby was born October 9th. Glad they made the effort to do their job a whole week after my due date. Never using this place again.

Very bad experience. If I could give them zero stars I would. We ordered a platform walker and a platform for a pair of crutches. They only sent the walker. I had to call to get the crutch platform. We did receive it via mail the next day, as they said. However, not all parts were included. According to the manufacturer, I needed a crutch bracket to attach the platform to the crutch. This bracket was not included. I called DynQuest to request the bracket, they would not send one, indicating we didn't need one and could attach it without the bracket. I contacted the manufacturer directly via live chat, and they said I could not attach the platform without the bracket. I called Dynquest back and told them as much. They told me they'd have to call the company themselves and call me back. This is where I'm at as we speak. If you don't have to deal with them, I suggest you find another company.
