Maverick and Austin were very helpful!!!! Very patient and did a great job in helping me get all my packages mailed off!!!

Had a little issue arise and the owner? manager? James couldn’t have been any nicer in being calm and explaining things to me. He really put me to ease and made me feel like a person and not just a number. Thank you sir for being so nice to me and helping me out! You went out of your way and I appreciate that :)

Edit - he even called me the next day to follow up! Such a nice man!

The staff at store #5951 in Metairie are always super quick and friendly.

After nightmare experiences at another area UPS store and the UPS customer "service" facility, I wasn't expecting much. The guys running this store changed my whole experience around! They were super helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile, even dragging a 95-pound wine refrigerator out of my car for me after I explained that I had already dragged it out myself at two other UPS locations for nothing. They got the job done. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I love this UPS store! The employees are so friendly and helpful. This is my go to store for shipping because it is cheap and fast. This store is so efficient and awesome. If you get the afternoon manager (the man in the blue shirt) he is great! He really keeps the other employees in check and runs the store smoothly.

First of all—CHARLES!! My man!! This guy exemplified what it means to be in the customer service industry. We were traveling from out of town and needed to ship 2 large boxes before we left—it never occurred to us that UPS stores would be closing early! This store was the only one open until 3. It gets better—I called Charles (the manager working at the time) and explained to him that we were 15 min away and they were 5 minutes from closing and asked if he’d stay late. He said “I never do this but I really knew it’d help you out and you had a good story.” Bottom line—he was there to serve even after he was off the clock. We all should be so lucky as to employ or work with or be served by a Charles. I recommend this location especially for him. Thanks!

Alexandria was extremely helpful and very friendly. I had several boxes that I needed help with, and she went out of her way to assist me. She was very kind and professional ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been doing business with this location for over 10 years. I have a box there, and I do all of my shipping through them. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and James, the manager and owner, has never failed to get personally involved to make sure service is top-notch. I highly recommend them!

So much more pleasant and professional than the staff at the horrid 2117 Vets UPS Store, plus no extra Amazon charges unlike 2117 Vets. If you need UPS or package service in Metairie then this is the place to come. Reliably awesome experience every time.

I have no idea why this store has so many bad reviews. I frequent this location very often and it is always a pleasant experience! Manager is always so kind and helpful! even when its crowded all employees work very hard to get everyone in and out!

Charles helped tremendously with making sure my package of Christmas presents were secure and got there on time!

Correcting a previous review I made, this place is great and we all have our bad days. All packages have reached their destination at a reasonable price and are following Covid-19 restrictions.

I have been sending packages from here for several years and have always received excellent service. After a couple of visits I am always greeted by name, even ask about my rat terrier.

Already had my labels just needed boxes. Brought my own tape but James took the boxes and packed them for me. Other local UPS stores could learn from this place.

Patrick is the most helpful and friendly employee at this UPS store. I dislike when I go into the store and he is not working.

I never have issues when I go here. Always in & out. The guys are friendly and always speak & Gove good customer service.
