Just came in to purchase a bike for my husband. Staff so helpful and pleasant! Get selection of bikes and bike accessories! Was able to try a couple of different bike outside. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable! I definitely recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a bike to come here!❤

This children's toy store hides an awesome secret - one of the most knowledgeable and well-provisioned bike shops I have encountered in the area. They have an awesome & varied knowledge of older bike frames and components, almost every tool to do the job, make sure to ask for Buddy, a veteran mechanic and real nice guy (perhaps the owner of the whole shop?)

It great having this kind of place around town. With the big toy store gone now, I’m happy to see that this place is still around. Perhaps it’s because of their great service. I brought my old bike in for some service and repair. The technician was very helpful and professional. When the quote came in at more than the bike was worth, he worked with me on an affordable solution. I’ll gladly be back!

I couldn't be more thankful to anyone than I am to Sean at Le Jouet right now! My dog chewed up a doll belonging to a student. Sean identified the brand and specific type of doll, and had multiple replacements identified in less than 10 minutes. He really saved the day!

Amazing customer service and support. Patience as we attempted to find a new bike for our 4 year old. Let us try the bikes outside and took off the training wheels and set up the bike to fit her. Amazing people. Store has really cool toys too.

Awesome toy store, huge selection of unique and top quality goods, wide, spacious aisles in an immaculate store. Convenient parking, excellent, helpful staff. Bridget very helpful and knowledgeable. I would peg their specialties as bikes, books, water tables, backyard forts and jungle gym's, games, themed characters, doll's, plush toys, die-cast cars and trucks of every size, dinosaurs and other animals of every size, and even an area of small, inexpensive fun little items. A unique destination for all ages.

Unrivaled customer service and product selection. I have been a customer since I was a child (1970's), and I am still just as impressed if not more so. Road Runner fast bike assembly.

I did not know this gem existed until last Christmas, when I found it on Google and my daughter and I spent a day there Christmas shopping. One of the best kept secrets in South Louisiana, and their staff is absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and cheerful, which makes shopping there a blast! Heading back this Christmas for more! "Bye Felicia" to the other large stores with terrible customer service.

Any time I need something for a small person, I go here. They have exceptional service. I messaged them on Facebook about a stuffed dinosaur. They messaged me back within 15 minutes and told me about their selection. I told them "Yes, I want the brachiosaurus!" They put it in the back and I picked it up the next day. And they gift wrapped it for me!
What business replies to a facebook message? Not many!
The toys here are amazing. They carry a lot of Melissa and Doug brand toys. I love Melissa and Doug.

They have extended hours in December for Giftmass.

My husband and I were gifted two bicycles that needed a bit of love. We knew nothing of cycling when we came in, and WOW we were treated to amazing customer service! They were knowledgeable at helping us not just fix, but learn about riding. They truly care about taking care of customers, and not just the selling of items. We left feeling inspired and will definitely be back!

Customer Service is outstanding!!! Engaging, great interpersonal skills, articulate, knowledgeable, and helpful! They have lots of options and will make you a happy customer who will want to come back. I had 'Buddy Woods' help me. He is a great Le Jouet representative and if he is there I would recommend him.

First visit today (with our toddler). He was upset when we stopped, but lit up as soon as we walked through the door. The employees were great with our son while still managing to be helpful and possibly at the same time.

If going with kids, plan for a good bit of time and a pound of patience.

Came here to pick up a few things for my sons bday. The staff is super helpful and nice. The toys range from classic to modern and they have a great selection of the best brands. Free gift wrapping is also a plus.

This is a great place to get some good quality toys! Sure, they're slightly more expensive than big box but the service is excellent, their selection is just right and it's just a nice place to be. Plus, they have an excellent selection of bike accessories for kid and adult bicycles!

THE Best toy store...... big variety of bikes and educational toys, games and toys from Europe, good quality wagons, yard toys...... our family has shopped here for years..... we love this store! It's family-owned, everyone is so helpful. .. once you shop here, you'll never go back to buying toys on Amazon again!

Love this place! Very helpful staff!

Every now and then I build bikes from the frame up. I get in over my head at times and need a professional mechanic to bail me out. I have stopped by a few times over the years and they have always been very happy to help. Wonderful folks who do a good job. I posted this review 6 months ago when I was building a bike for my wife. I started another build and didn't have a tool I needed. I stopped by and once again the mechanic took exceptional care of me.

My favorite toy store. They have classy toys that are built well. By far the best customer service experience of any toy store. They will even wrap toys that you purchased for gifts. I have been going to le Jouet for over 20 years and the staff and ownership really have their stuff together
