Had a fantastic experience at this location. A handsome young man named Luke helped me out and was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions clearly and concisely. Walked me through all my options and I am confident that he helped me pick the best. If I’m ever having problems again I will definitely come back!!

Murphy was an excellent salesman and extremely helpful . He found me the best deals and was able to save me roughly $50 on my phone bill. He walked me through each promotion and took 2 hours to help me set up multiple devices at one point while simultaneously helping numerous other customers. Today 01/07/2024 was a great day for me, yesterday I had a real problem with my phone,
Not charging or keeping a charge, not able to back up my info in my storage or my phone also was not working on touch tone commands. I just had no communication hardly which my phone is my business as well. I came into the Verizon store in islandia shopping center near Dave and busters. Wessie assisted me in obtaining a New Phone with an awesome discount on my trade in, which I wasn’t aware of. After a few attempts he finally got my phone to charge. Then Wessie also got all my info, contacts, apps, pictures etc all transferred to my new phone and updates to iCloud. The store also erased all info on my old phone so no one can get any of my info. This stores dedication to their customers is awesome and unmatched, if you need a phone or have phone issues, get the experience. Go there! I’m excited, lines of communication back up, 2024, again, like I said, today was a great day!

So I had an amazing experience with Wessie, the store manager, of the Verizon store in Islandia. Initially, I came looking to upgrade to the 14 max pro since my 13 max pro was having audio issues and he convinced me to wait until the new 15’s come out….I'm so glad I did…from the beginning his professionalism and product knowledge and walking me through the set up of my new phone, I had ever confidence that I was in good hands…I love my new phone and all the new features….thanks to Wessie and his team for their great customer service…my family and I will be lifelong customers!!!

My wife and I came in the store in Islandia for help on some question about our cellphone bill. Wessie helped us and answered all of our question and we ended up walking out paying $70 less a month for cellphone bill. Wessie was very nice and we were helped right away.
