I come here often because everybody is so nice and helpful. I do believe Teryell went out of his way to help me today . I can't lift very much due to my back and when I asked the lady to ring up another water ....Teryell was coming around the corner and the next thing you know he's getting the bottle of water for me...He's awesome ! He doesn't know I have a bad back ! What great customer service ! I can't carry very much.....and then he carried them out to my car. You just don't find customer service like that anymore ! He saved me three trips , by helping me! Thank you so much for your help and time . Your customer service is amazing. I can't thank you enough....

I've been coming here for 7 months now as they are next door to my house. The workers act a bit jaded when you first meet them but, trust me they deal with some crazy stuff out here to make them feel that way. They have all the deals of a normal zip trip and if you become a regular the clerks will care about you as an individual. That said my favorite zip trip is on division because they have a sit down dining area that I adore. So if your in that area give them a try.

The cashier here rocks. This lady is always in a good mood and friendly.

First time in one, found this location to be very clean, staff was very nice. Also a great selection of hot ready food.

The place is friendly people is awesome you get what you want on the biggest bang for your butt go to zip trip and they'll treat you right

Today is Saturday and they are NOT closed, Google! I just had the very nice clerk comp me a 32 oz. soda with a punch card she found in her drawer. Righteous!

They usually have 2 people working. And if there is a long line the GAL will NEVER come cashier until the line is down. Very inefficient. When customers want quick in and out. She was there today don't know her name. Argh! And the pop machine was down. Bad Friday!

Customer service sucks most the time

All of the staff are lovely people, and are always willing to help customers with their needs. The poor rating is in response to my personal treatment and observations of the individual who claims to be management. Open degradation of vendors, as well as "her staff, " in front of customers is not something anyone looking for a job would like to see from a place with a now hiring sign on their marquis. My most recent interaction was met with passive-aggressive rudeness for providing exact change, which I apologized for. Poor form in all aspects of leadership

Rude unprofessional staff who don't respect YEARS of repeated business in the same location. Fat red head with a attitude is going to yell at the wrong person one day. do not park in their lot near the trash. Even if it is a full lot and you want to give them money they would rather yell threaten to tow a car and carry on about a garbage pickup that wouldn't happen with the wholesale food drop off trucks spread out like they were anyway..regardless of where I was parked she felt the need to waddle in and shake her 3 chins in dissatisfaction.

I only wish i could give a negative star rating....The place seemed like the most decent looking gas station in the area, nope. Right when i pulled up the first thing i noticed was the employee in front looking at me. When i started walking to the store he got behind the counter. After i grabbed my beer and went to pay, I noticed he was staring at me still and i thought it was weird. The moment I made eye contact, I felt uncomfortable. The employee was extremely rude asking for my identification. When I showed him my ID, he looked disgusted. After a few seconds he tells me "I cannot sell you this because of your facial hair." My Identification is valid, renewed six months ago. When I look back he was smirking at me. I can't tell if he was taunting me, or just incompetent. Possibly he was on drugs at the time, because i cannot explain why anyone would be so aggressive to a customer of their mart. I hope anyone with children or that care about their safety would go to the next gas station down the road or in a different area.
