AT&T Store

I always leave with my questions answered and problems resolved when I go into this AT& T store. The manager, Kyle is knowledgeable, and patient. He takes the time necessary to help a technology challenged lady understand these new fangled machines and helps set me up and get me on my way again. If Kyle and Chris didn’t take the time to help me, I would not have purchased products from there. Their customer service has been great!

I recently upgraded my iphone at the AT&T Rocky Ridge store on Douglas Blvd. I wasn’t expecting the outstanding service I received. George Rodriguez was exceptionally helpful with my purchase but also the steps of pairing my Apple Watch with my iphone. He assessed my account and recommended several changes to save costs on my monthly bill. He’s very knowledgeable, personable and he really seems to care about his customers. I’ve been to other AT&T stores but this store by far is the best.

My experience at the AT&T store on Douglas and Rocky Ridge in Roseville, CA was excellent! Andrew was the customer service or sales rep that helped me. When I walked in, I was very frustrated and angry but it was user error or not anybody else’s fault. Andrew used a very calm voice and Understood I was frustrated. He helped me right away. I appreciate Andrew and his great customer service!

I had a great experience at the store today with a problem with my phone. I worked with George, who diagnosed my phone problem quickly, and offered an affordable solution. I was surprised by how easy it was. I’ll continue to go to this store in the future.

Kyle at this store location was the best ATT representative I have worked with during my 5 years as a customer. Kyle, kudos to your expertise and honesty, awesome job!

I came into the store very frustrated because my phone showed no service and wasn't working which was causing a big inconvenience for me. Thought it was the SIM card failing or a bad antenna not getting signal.

Chester sat down with me for a hour and tried to fox my phone every way possible when it seemed like there was no hope and I would have to get a new phone through the insurance. Eventually he figured it out for me and I appreciate his time. Attentiveness. His customer service was very superior especially in this day and age what I'm use to experiencing when going out in a customer service setting. I appreciate him and would definitely feel comfortable going back to him in the future or referring friends and family to him for their cell phone needs.

Quick friendly service. Chris got me the phone and accessories I needed without upselling.

2nd visit this month. I couldn't be happier. Kyle was VERY knowledgeable & I admire and appreciate his expertise. He knew everything needed to handle my trade-in for my recent Flip 4 purchase and presented the S22 Ultra well enough so I added one to our business.

My wife and I went in to get her a new phone. We were greeted and helped by Kyle. He provided us amazing customer service. Professionals like Kyle, are some of the reasons why we choose AT&T. He was able to help us find what we needed. On top of that he got us on a better family plan that fits our needs. I'd give an additional star if I could. Thanks again Kyle, for the amazing service.

This store has amazing employees, I had an older phone that gave out on me suddenly. When I went to this store I was looking to replace my phone on a tight budget. Michael was very helpful in finding me a new phone in my price range and helped me get all of my stuff switched from my old broken phone to my new one and even paid me up with a nice Samsung watch. He was able to update my outdated plan and get me a lower price on my bill.
I had some trouble with my watch not wanting to stay linked with my phone and had to come in a couple more times and was met with the same friendly faces that were able to help solve the issues. I had a billing issue as well and Orville was wonderful and took care of the issues for me.

The rep that helped me his name was Chester & he was very friendly. I did a return & wanted a different phone, mind you it was a lot he did & was real patient & determined to finish the process. Im very grateful & happy to have someone actually willing to help.

I’m giving 5 stars to this store for the excellent customer service of store manager Nora and her associate Chris. They were able to fix our trade in problem and saved us from paying $725 dollars! They are both knowledgeable and experts on their own right with the AT&T service and products they sell. Thank you both for all your help. Keep up the good work!

My family visited this store to upgrade our phones and plan. We were greeted by a friendly associate and our needs were taken care of quickly.

Great place to get set up, my wife and I had a good experience. We were greeted and helped right away. It took a long time but that wasn’t their fault, it was a different scenario than most, and they were extremely paitient and super friendly throughout the entire process. We had considered going through Verizon, but their process, cost was too complicated and expensive, AT&T associates have way better customer service and knowledge. Our sales persons name was Daisy, she was awesome and so is her store manager! Highly recommend this location!

I feel like I was forced to change phone due to the new 3g sunset to 5g. I received a free phone from AT&T that kept dying. The phone would hang up in the middle of my calls. Now I have a working phone! I came to the AT&T store on Douglas and I can't tell you how wonderful and patient they are. Janet was really patient and helped me out the entire time. Chris was very professional knowledgeable and a specialist. Orville and Anroop was so willing to listen and help out. I've been a customer since 2003. I hate change but love this team and are really satisfied. Really good customer service.

Excellent customer service in every way. Kyle is polite, knowledgeable, conscientious and meticulous in solving phone support. I’ve observed Kyle over several years and have noted his consistency with the above and with other customers as well. I usually wait for him specifically to solve the issues at my visits. His pleasant personality is apparent to all. Kyle is an asset to AT&T.
