They continue to have the best cuts of beef available in Erie. Great service and competitive prices. We had an encounter with the manager once, he was curious about our preferences, and made sure to order our favorites in. Truly an old-fashioned neighborhood butcher experience, with modern convenience. Great job!

Giant Eagle had exactly what I was looking for.
They have the biggest selection of gift cards around.
Staff is helpful and friendly, especially Danielle, the cashier.

They have everything you need. I got mac n cheese there the other day, and it was amazing. They have a great smelling and tasty bakery, deli, sub counter, and the whole rest of the store full of possibilities. Staff are friendly and nice. I highly recommend it. They also have a big vegetarian sector all youre,breakfast, lunch, and dinner needs

Went there to get my flu shot 💉. The lady was very friendly and polite. The pharmacist who gave the shot was pleasant as well. Very nice store layout and experience.

Staff send nice and most things are pretty easy to find. Just wish their gluten/dairy free section was a bit bigger.

We were amazed. Their was no smell of seafood throughout the store. They had decently price meat. Well stocked on canned goods.

If you’re looking for a high end, one stop shop for your groceries, this is it for the east suburbs of Erie (Harborcreek and North East). They have everything you need. The produce and meat are good quality. I can find unique ingredients here. The Buffalo Road store is newer and a nice place to shop—but pricey.

When time permits, I prefer to save costs by doing most of my shopping at the nearby Buffalo Road Aldis, and then pick up my specialty/unusual items at Giant Eagle.

Friendly cashiers and store personnel go out of their way to assist with finding items, which is really appreciated. The store is well stocked with everything that is needed, and the selection is fantastic. Great sales prices and perks are beneficial. Nicely laid out store!

I came here to Giant Eagle to spend my birthday money on a few houses plants & 1 outdoor flowers plant to take home. I was very satisfied & happy with my purchase & visit.😁

I would like to commend the cashier that noticed my sub from the deli wasn't fully wrapped and he put a rubber band around it to seal it. Always great cashiers at Giant Eagle!

I had to up my ratings to 5 stars bcuz everytime i go to Giant Eagle in Harborcreek everyone is so nice!! I only lowered it to 4stars bcuz i was caught off guard that we suddenly have to pay for bags, which is fine, but not when u got a full cart of groceries and DIDN'T kno they switched to dat policy!! But i cant take dat out on da employees bcuz its not dere fault and i truly appreciate them so much!! I wish i had all dere names to list!! I have to say dat Ms Denice & Mr Issac dat work up front & Ms Marcy in deli r EXCEPTIONAL ppl, not employees, but PEOPLE!! They go up & beyond in jus havin AMAZIN personalities!! Ms Denice was so helpful & supportive when it was hard to find formula for my babii, she actually CARED & tried to see if & when they would get more in!! She was so kind and caring abt the fact my baby, who she doesn't even kno, not having any formula!! I appreciate her so much!! Mr Issac always makes me laugh, he's an amazin individual and always so helpful!! And of course Ms Marcy in deli, i have a good laugh everytime i tell her she gon kill me when i get my cheese lol!! I ask can she plz put a paper in between bcuz if not that cheese STICKS lol but i appreciate her for doing that. I always give her respect and say plz & thank u and im always patient...plus we always have a good laugh!! Ive had great conversations wit all 3 of dem and i love when i come to Erie and go to Giant Eagle and get to see them!! GOD Bless them & everyone that works there, i appreciate them ALL!!🙏💜🙏

The sales are awesome! Store is very clean, staff is helpful and friendly in finding things. The cashier was one of the best I've ever had! His name is Andy C. On the receipt. I have worked in retail and food service, most of my life. It's very comforting having a pleasant cashier, to finish your shopping! Job well done!

This is my favorite grocery store , wheelchair Accesible ,Wi-Fi, very clean excellent staff and selection, great bakery section , shout out to the people in meat department who know what I am getting and how I like it cut . This store is my own little world , I enjoy grocery shopping and enjoy looking at everything as I plan the menu for the week , I still use my Moms method for shopping and eating what’s on sale,in season or fresh is what I will prepare , I have a budget and I stick to it , I never impulse shop or shop well hungry. So Giant Eagle is an oasis of sanity in an insane world to me ,almost everyone their knows me or of me having been dubbed “happiest customer in the world “ because I enjoy people and interaction and some say i am great conversationalist .

They have good quality meats in my opinion as well as their produce and if you enjoy tasty fried or roasted chicken this might be your place if don't want to cook.

I order my cakes from this location all the time when I need one and even thou they have a selection of designs I always ask them to surprise me with a creation and they always come up with something amazing for the occasion. Heather the cake decorator is amazing at her creations she always does my cakes and I am beyond pleased everytime so thank you and u will always have my business. My daughter graduated this year and no ordinary design seemed right and she’s also a New Year’s Eve baby so when I order her cakes for her birthday they always turned out great!!

I'd like to thank the manager Keith. Not sure if he was a district or regional manager, but he went way above and beyond. I asked for a box of Bells seasoning, which they didnt have at the store. He took my name and number and said he would get it from another store for me. And he did. Nick called this morning and said it would be at the front desk. Just picked it up. Thank you Keith for saving thanksgiving!! Incredible service!!

Nice place. Very clean. Produce is excellent and very fresh. I very highly recommend here for any food shopping. Cashiers and all employees are friendly and very helpful with any questions Ive ever had. Store is and always been, extremely clean. The store set up makes it very quick and simple to find everything. Amazing selections of food.

Had an opportunity to use my perk points and save 20% off my entire bill! Sale prices are very good. Getting an Extra 20% was great. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I like shopping there.
