Shaquayla was extremely helpful. She helped me lift my shredding from my trunk onto a cart and then assisted me in stuffing the 62 pounds of paper into shredder container.

Try the UPS store in Arlington on Henderson Rd for returning Amazon purchases, or mailing packages. I noticed they will shred for u too. Staff there are friendly and polite. There is little or no wait for help

I find all the employees are friendly and I’m greeted upon entering the store. The store is also very reliable.

Convenient location. Gabby (sp) was exceptionally helpful and was patient to answer all of my questions. We've used multiple UPS stores for various task and she went above and beyond. We hope the store continues to staff with excellent employees like her.

Local neighborhood UPS store in North UA. The times I've been there the store presents as clean & organized. There is usually steady customer traffic so expect to wait in line a few mins. There is drop off for packages ready to ship. They seem to hire good people. The counter ppl are intelligent, know what they are doing and handle ea order with efficiency. There is one girl there now who seems very knowledgeable of UPS procedures. Lastly, and I guess mbe most importantly, THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONE. 😲 like on the 2nd ring. Whaaaa?
And the girl was so sweet. I had a straightforward Q, and she was extremely polite and helpful. (7/22). We all know what it's like calling a store these days.

We had to ship something internationally under the Service Guarantee. It got there, but 5 days after the guaranteed date. Chris did a great job following up, and was able to get the cost of shipping refunded. Exceptional customer service!

I had to pack and ship 5 large paintings from Columbus to Florida. This UPS store did an AMAZING job packing — NO WAY COULD I HAVE DONE IT WITH SUCH EXPERTISE — and they arrived in 2 days. It was a job unpacking them because they had been packed so well. All arrived in pristine condition. Thanks, UPS!

I was really stressed because I realized I had accidentally shipped two separate return orders in the same box. I went first the the following morning to see if someone could find the box for me before it shipped. I spoke with Gabby and Chris and explained by situation. Gabby asked for the shipping info and said they would call me back when they found it. (There were a lot of boxes in the back to sort through) They must have seen my stress because 10 minutes later they called me back saying they had found it! I picked up the package and was able to sort out my mixup. The fact that Gabby and Chris helped me so quickly meant a lot. They showed excellent customer service and compassion and honestly made my day.

I own a small business and spend a lot of time shipping our products. I choose UPS to ship because the service I get is 10/10.
Bryon is my go-to person for any questions and tips. He took the time to show me how box up a package the right way and gave me advice on materials etc. He’s seriously the best.

I had a great experience with the gentlemen at this UPS store for my package being sent 2 day return signature receipt with insurance. I had forgot the signature part and the employee didn't mind my request to start over with the transaction to add the signature receipt requirement. He also helped me with the door in and out of the store.

The employees at this UPS store are very helpful, professional efficient and friendly. Service was provided quickly with little or no waiting. I would definitely recommend this store for shipping and printing needs The special printing of banners (graduation, etc) were an extra feature that may be of use for both businesses and special events.

I was at this store yesterday, with a bunch of Christmas presents that needed to be packaged and shipped. I came in feeling very overwhelmed with all of it, but the guy who worked there (can't remember his name) was so friendly and helpful and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him in any way (which I have felt at some other UPS locations in the past). He smiled, and helped box everything up and apply the labels and get them on their way. I left feeling happy and as cheesy as it sounds, I could feel that holiday spirit. I will never go anywhere else again for my packaging and shipping needs, and I am recommending this location to my friends and family as well.

I think this place is great. I ship a lot of USPS packages and this UPS Store always accepts my USPS packages and helps me package my items. It's always a really fast, efficient and professional experience. I'm a fan.

Staff at this store is one of the nicest and most helpful people I've known. I went to the store with very confusing printing request but the person (William) who was helping me was very patient and helpful to get the job done. I made multiple visits and every time he was trying his best to help me out.

The service at this store is fast and friendly. I had several packages to send to family and friends in different parts of the country. William helped me organize everything and offered reasonable solutions to get my packages where they needed to go without spending an arm and a leg.

Came in for a somewhat complicated series of printing, notarizing, and scanning a document, and the entire experience could not have been smoother. Prices were great and everything was easy.

Really happy with the process, I would go back to this location.
