Juan at Victra Verizon has taken great care of me and my family. I always enjoy his helpful attitude and willingness to answer all my questions and explain what I don't understand.

I've been there for about 15 years and always have been treated with respect and had excellent service.

My family went to the Verizon in Pasco and it ended up being a great stop! Joe and Dianne Dianna? Helped us. You'll be lucky to get one of them to help you out. Both were great! Thanks for the hours of help!!

Joel, my sales representative was phenomenal! He was attentive, courteous, kind, and respectful. He was also very knowledgeable and a huge help with providing me essential information in making decisions. Was a great experience for me ,took time to help me!!! Very friendly ladies. Was worried when my phone screen broke that they might not be able to save some important photos of mine 😅 but when they got my new phone done and transferred everything over it was all saved !!! Definitely recommend them. Never hurts to ask questions which I did and they gave me really good advice and answers to those questions, took time to explain everything which was very helpful 🙂

Just when I think the customer service at Verizon can't get better, it always does! I needed help with my daughters phone this morning and Joel G. gave me multiple options and all the information I needed to make my decision. He was super knowledgeable without being pushy! We will be able to enjoy our weekend out of town now thanks to him and Verizon. Thank you again!

Jake was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. He took the time to teach me how the new phone works. I will be sure to return here for anything else I need.
