Jared was unbelievable . He was efficient an I wasn’t there for 2 hours, like other times at other phone places. He was awesome , he had a lot of patience with me an my friend, we had both bought new phones. I had transferred from AT&T which I was very unsatisfied with. He deserves a raise. Great personality a very sociable! I can’t say enough about him. 5 stars for him!!!!

Jay was great when buying my new phone and switching from Android to an iPhone. Everything went smoothly and I got the right information I needed to make the right decision. I’d highly recommend working with Jay at this location!

Sal at Verizon was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. She explained the promotions and was very patient. Buying a new phone is not one of my favorite things to do. It is not only a big purchase but can feel overwhelming. Sal made this purchase easy and seamless. Thank you Sal!

Dennis was great in helping me out and getting my phone setup. It was straightforward and hassle free. He’s Very knowledgeable in providing information and answering my questions.

Jardel was fantastic. Extremely nice guy and easy to work with. I was able to upgrade a phone, order a brand new tablet and the total visit took less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend this location.

Steven was my hero today 😀 I came in to the store because my phone wasn't working. I was a nervous wreck thinking I was going to loose all of my personal data. Steven made me feel at ease assured me everything would be okay. Sure enough everything was! He was able to retrieve all of my data from my old phone. He handled that like a true pro! Highly recommend this location.

All I have to say is I had a fantastic experience. Sometimes you walk in and get immediate service. Sometimes you have to wait. It’s first come first serve. Set your expectations accordingly. I had the pleasure of working with Marvin. I would highly recommend asking for his assistance. He has a very calm demeanor, knows the products, knows the system and doesn’t waste your time. He will get you moving along, all the while you feel like you are talking to a friend. He answered my questions about the plan options, extra fees and taxes. Just a super experience. Five stars!

We've been going to this Verizon location for a decade, and the folks there have always been helpful, patient, and good at fixing our problems. They didn't even mind if you go grab a burger at Five Guys while they babysit your phone as it transfers your account from old to new. They explain discounts, packages, what you actually need and what's not helpful, so it's understandable even when your eyes are glazed over.

Needed a phone quickly for my son because his at school and needed one for the next day. Bob attending to me right away and offered me a number of options until I found one that best fit my needs. Extremely pleased with the service and convenience.

Had to finish up connecting all the new devices. Met up with Steven again on Sunday, he had everything connected and working great in no time. For a second time he provided fas,t professional, friendly service. I will recommend friends and family to him anytime they are considering Verizon services.

Jay is phenomenal! He knows his stuff and is so open and honest. In a world where everything is made so difficult when it doesn’t have to be, Jay makes it easy. He is so helpful every time I have an issue and he is an asset to Verizon Wireless. Skip calling 611 and speaking to a Customer Service Rep…just to see Jay!

They've been my go to place for all things phone for a decade. Staff have always been kind and respectful, in 10 years i've never had a rude one. One always suggests an upgrade, but you don't get that sleazy "i want a commission" vibe there. They seem pretty patient with customers too. Also they revamp store periodically, not that it needs it, but it keeps it up to date and interesting. If an older model product isn't stocked there anymore they'll ship it to my house. I'm glad I'm a verizon customer and stoneham store has served my needs.

Steven was excellent and really helped me and my family transfer from T-Mobile to verizon. He was friendly, patient and very thorough with his assistance. He made the process feel relaxing and did his job great!

Went in to get my screen protector replaced and the gentleman that helped me was quick and polite, and did a great job. I was in and out in 4minutes. Not to mention he was easy on the eyes 😉

Great experience buying a new phone- they showed me my options, walked me through the different payment options, and helped setup my phone very quickly. They were nice, helpful, and efficient. This is my third time getting a new phone at this store and I’ll continue to for future ones!
