THANK YOU for being one of the only PFs still open 24 hours!!

Could you please authorize overnight staff to lower the volume on the overhead speakers? At night, with low ambient noise, the music is uncomfortably loud, and the associate currently on overnights (who is great btw, always in there cleaning equipment, refilling spray bottles etc) said she couldn't change the volume, but at other branches staff has always had access to the volume control.
I'd also love to see some of the fencing removed, or even just gap or two opened between treadmills, so as not to require travelling halfway across the gym to access adjacent areas.

Nice place nice staff here.. Sara is especially nice and helpful 💯 not terribly busy and I generally like going to this location. I only wish they had the hammer strength bench and shoulders press like the Danvers location.. otherwise no complaints 🤙

I joined my friend for a trial membership in Woburn. I was able to work out with her free.
I have to mention Victoria at the front desk. She was the most enjoyable, kind and thorough employee that I've come across in a long time. You have a diamond, Planet Fitness... and they are rare.

Like any other business+ and - s good businesses get it right great business make it right . If you take the time to express gratitude and ask staff for assistance they are very happy to help this does not mean ALL staff but majority Carlos and Victoria are so professional and make you feel welcome some others not so much be nice be polite and respectful you will receive the same! This holds true in most life situations. It's a gym not a spa. Anyway clean,kind, inexpensive and you get what you put in . Great place.!!

Great place to work out. It can be intimidating when you first start going to the gym trust I know. I'm in decent shape but every person in the gym is probably thinking the same stuff you are. It's about being healthy not trying to impress people. Stop worrying about other people's thoughts and get healthy and in shape, you will feel better physically and mentally.

My for ever gym. But they're definitely need more equipments and increase the weight in the dumbells. The heaviest ones are 60lbs.
Please give us a little bit more. I met some staffs the other day but still nice.

It is super clean and well organized. I like that they provide cleaning solution and paper towels to wipe down the equipment.

Its a good location, only went here once with my black card membership and had no issues. The employees seemed nice and alert. The equipment seemed clean and mostly working. There was plenty of parking. So might be worth checking out if you are a blackcard member like myself.

Excellent location and friendly service. I am visiting as a free companion to a regular subscriber using the app after receiving invite from his account.

Great place for the money . Always clean and never have to wait for equipment . Very friendly staff . Mornings there is a young women always smiling , and saying good morning . Matt is a great guy always ready to help , good mood and make you feel welcome .
