The UPS Store

I was there on Saturday and there was one worker and one customer,then me.The worker started helping me as he was able to he was running a fax. I had 4pieces of cable equipment. The worker was nice and helpful. He was able to help the other customer and myself. Very patient, very professional. Liked that the store opened at 9 instead of 10 on a Saturday. I will definitely be going back to Stoneham store when shipping items out

Every time I go the staff are friendly & helpful. I have shipped numerous fragile items and the owner takes great care in packaging them so everything arrives safely. They even have a notary available by appointment. Highly recommend.

Never had an issue here, they try to move the line and keep things moving. Good experience.

Great customer service and friendly professionalism. Accurate and efficient service. I came in on Thursday, close to closing hour 7pm (around 645pm) and Ray was so helpful with my Amazon return package. She explained everything and quickly put everything together to have my shipment ready to go (to be sent out the next morning). I was very happy to have come to this UPS store and recommend it based on my experience with Ray.

The 3rd ups store I tried to stop at and the only one that didn’t have a long line outside, and parking! As I was walking towards the door, the young man with glasses behind the counter came around just to hold the door open for me and my large box. Not only was he extremely polite, he was super patient with me and my 5 different Amazon barcodes and explained the process to me while doing so. You definitely do not see customer service like that nowadays and it really made me happy. Consider a raise for this young man!

The new owner is fantastic! A coworker and I had to ship out some items for a conference and when we entered the first time the manager who assisted us was doing everything in her power to help us get the lowest prices for shipping. She calculated shipping prices for different boxes and weights, and helped us figure out the best options. She told her boss (the new owner) about our issues, and when we came back later that day the owner already knew our situation and was beyond helpful. She helped us repack 2 boxes, and helped us get the price as low as possible to be shipped. The change in ownership really did the trick for this location and I cannot thank them enough for all of their help that day.

I had the most pleasant experience today. I had a day of stress and the two women which assisted me today were as great as could be. I needed faxing, scanning, shredding, printing. I also had my small toddler with me and they were so patient and friendly with him. Exceptional customer service I'm proud of and I now know where to go for my service needs. Thank you!

I have been going to this UPS store for a years and always get great service. Jerry is always friendly and remembers me by name. Just this week I dropped off a critical item to ship overnight and called to follow-up to make sure it shipped. I left a message and got a return call within 30 minutes and also got my UPS notification by email. Nothing but professional.

Please disregard any review from 3-4+ years ago from the former owner. New owner is the best woman I’ve ever worked with. UPS can be a difficult corporation to work under, but this woman and her staff go absolutely above and beyond to work past that and help each customer with whatever they need.

I lived in Stoneham, MA for 1 year and rented a mailbox at the UPS Store. I found the owner, Jennifer, and the entire staff to be professional, friendly and accommodating. From sending and receiving packages, to efficient mail services, it was an overall pleasure to deal with them. Thankfully, I always left with a smile. I'm sure you will too. 5-star service!

The store staff and manager were incredibly helpful and kind. The Stoneham UPS store is by far the most friendly and professional location in the Greater Boston area.

I've got to know to know Jerry over the years. OKay! Perhaps he looks a little "snarly" at times, who doesn't? I will say I have personally witnessed, on countless occasions, he going out of his way to take care of every person, (yes, even the rude, needy and most unorganized people), that visits his store, day in and day out.

The UPS rep/clerk was awesome

They have always treated us well. We have a post box with them, used their notary service, and shipped packages with them. Always professional and helpful.

Not sure why this place has the rating it has. They are super nice in here. They are professional and fast. I come in here every now and then and never have a bad interaction. Will definitely keep coming.

I went there several times to print labels or send my packages and i always appreciate the service. Very Nice people.i recommend this office to all who expect to receive a great service!
