What a great help Jason Robert Poland was at the UPS store. He worked professional, patient, kind to help me to get a correct notary, thank you so much for all who are working in the UPS store on 03/02/2024. Great store!

I would give it another star if I could. The two gentlemen helped out this veteran that needed an important document pack to the Dept of Veterans Affairs. I think it was Dan and Mike? who helped me. Both were work the day shift on todays date. UPS should give these two a raise! Thanks again, gentlemen!

No one handles my package better than these guys. Big or OUGE. They really know how to get it to the correct places.

Jason, Noah and team are the best. They are constantly going above and beyond to help the customer. Whether it's for me or another customer, this team of professionals are constantly going the extra step to ensure a smooth process. Whether performing standard tasks such as checking in outgoing packages, or going the extra mile to track down a lost package or simply bailing me out by rerouting packages accidentally left when submitted for another carrier, I can always count on this team to make each experience better than the last!

Jason is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I trust my packages to him all the time. Never hesitate to go there.

Jason was very kind and patient with me while notarizing my will. I was unfamiliar with the process and frustrated, but he was patient, understanding and kind. He helped me a lot!

By far one of the best customer experiences I have had in years. Jason and James are incredibly, wonderfully patient and helpful. I went in to buy a large irregular-sized cardboard box, but had trouble carrying it to my Jeep due to a severe bandaged cut on my hand. James cut the box to size for me and even was thoughtful enough to help put it into my Jeep. Never would I have expected this level of service and kindness for a first time customer. Great guys and a great store.

This is the best UPS store around. Always helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. We have used them to mail packages and notary services.

Jason helped me this afternoon and he’s awesome! The guys who work here are very professional, attentive, and efficient. This is probably the 5th time I’ve visited this UPS location and the customer service is always phenomenal!

Noah was a life saver! He went out of his way to help me receive a package I needed. He spent his time on the phone with UPS customer service and got it done for me!

We were staying in a hotel in Woburn, Mass. and had to get a replacement debit card due to. fraud. Credit Union is out of state
Evidently, when it was delivered, no one was at the front desk to accept it. I couldn't get any help anywhere until I called the UPS store in Woburn. It was a few minutes after 6:00 and they were already closed but Jason answered and over that evening and the next morning he helped us track down and get delivered the much needed but elusive replacement bank debit card. He was so friendly, so positive and patient. He made all kinds of calls and got all kinds of information to make sure this got done for us! This wasn't even his responsibility. He seemed like he sincerely wanted to help and went out of his way. THANK YOU FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE JASON! Obviously outstanding customer service.

I called to check store hours and inquire about a same-day printing project, but was not going to make it in time. After closing, Vasu called me back and said he would leave the doors open for me. He handled my printing job professionally and with courtesy, even adamantly refusing the tip I tried to give him for kindly staying late to help me. Stating that he personally did not accept tips. that was just how he was raised, he invited me to do a review on my experience instead.
The UPS store has always satisfied my printing needs, both professionally and personally when I am in a jam. This time, however, Vasu went the extra mile and showed kindness and integrity. Nice to see such traits in the workplace still! Thank you, Vasu!!

This place is great! I was frantically trying to print a document at home that needed to be notarized, and ... then I searched online and realized that this place has notary services, printing services, mailing services, everything I needed in one place. And the employees are very friendly even on a Saturday morning. Vasu was super helpful showing me how to get my document printed and notarized, and the price was surprisingly low.

Jason & Noah both are helpful, friendly, fast and excellent at what they do. They take the headache out of the whole process. It's great knowing they're here everytime I walk in. Such a stress free experience!!!!!
