The Home Depot

I bought stuff at Home Depot last night and got charged for five of one thing and nothing for another. And got overcharged. Honest mistake but I didn’t catch it till today. I was really worried about whether I could get my money back. But went to Home Depot today and they were super nice about it. No hassle at all. Count me a big fan of Home Depot.

This is a great Home Depot. Always well stocked and well staffed. The online website gives info of how much how much of an item they have in stock and what isle it is in. Very helpful

Always come out with more than you intended to buy. Clean organized store.

Every store has everything and sometimes it takes a while to replace the material.

Great store good customer service

I needed filters for my gas fired home furnace. Once I entered the Home Depot store I used the Home Depot App to locate the aisle where the filters were stocked. The shelf pricing showed that if I would purchase 4 filters, I could get them at 50% off. Great experience!

We were provided excellent customer service regarding an issue with our purchase. All responses were prompt and professional. Clearly, Dave the manager knows exactly how to succeed and provide excellent customer service. He was able to change our negative viewpoint of Home Depot to a positive one, just by how he handled our frustrating issue.

Good size store with great customer service

As terrible as my online ordering experience was at Home Depot Watertown (see Google review), the Reading, MA store certainly has it down. Within 30 mins of an online order for curbside pickup, I got a notification that the item is ready for pick up...! Kudos to the team here...!

Always a great experience at Home Depot in reading . Staff is super friendly and extremely helpful! One of the managers Dave bunker made a lasting impression on me during my recent visit to Home Depot , helping me with lighting for my living room. I give them a 10 star! My husband and I went to Hone Depot in Reading, MA to look at some flooring and were immediately given great attention. Every time we went back there to get the flooring purchase and make some changes, we were extremely pleased with the way we were treated. I was in Home Depot yesterday. I was looking for a special nozzle to put on my water barrel. One of the associates Made a call for me. The man that came to help me was named Chris. Chris went beyond and above to help me. I brought the part with me that broke. He found the nozzle I needed. I took it home connected it and it fit perfect. Thank you so much Chris. I was in the garden department at the time when they called him. He has excellent customer service knowledge and also his mannerisms were impeccable. Thanks so much for helping me Chris!

We make the trip time and time again, solely because of Chris, one of the managers. As new home owners, my husband and I try to be thoughtful in our projects. Chris continually REMEMBERS US & gives us the resources and information we need to give us confidence in home ownership.

Having been close to this Home Depot for years, I’m always disappointed when I have to go to another one. This one is spacious, clean, well-staffed with smart, knowledgeable people, and always well-stocked.

This definitely is one of the most well maintained, well stocked, well staffed, most efficient, and overall nicest home depots I've visited to date. I frequent this chain due to the various supplies I need for my business and I wish I could come here every time.
