Mike T. helped me transition into switching my cell phone plan to Verizon. He was very knowledgeable and took his time answering all my questions. Which helped me make my decision quicker. He also helped me get Verizon internet and answered all my questions about that. I would go to him for anything if you are thinking about switching carriers.

Stopped in with the wife today for a routine question and ended up upgrading both our phones. Chris was professional extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to get us the best deal with minimal increases to our current plan. Had problems with new Motorola phones so called this Verizon store and got Jay on the phone and he did everything he could to help us. I appreciate everything he did we got new phones that where compatible with my truck and they did a buyback of the old phones. He is very helpful.

This was truly an amazing experience. We dealt with Tom Early who was polite, professional and had a huge knowledge base. I have felt other stores push you into buying accessories and upgrading phones. Tom was helpful, informing us of each product's benefits answering questions as they were asked without trying to strong arm a sale. We felt he was actually genuine and cared we were happy with the service, store and product. See Tom at this location. He really is that great and the real deal!

We walked in and were greeted by Liam right away. Although he was the only sales associate on the floor at the time, he juggled everyone with patience and professionalism. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different phones, plans and deals. We will definitely be back the next time we need an upgrade. THANKS AGAIN LIAM!!

I highly recommend this Verizon Store. I’ve been coming here for years due to the personalized attention and knowledgeable staff. Today was no different. I was immediately greeted by Verizon Representative Cory. Cory assisted in resolving issues I was having with my Orbic Speed Hotspot. Cory was extremely pleasant & knowledgeable. He did not waiver in his efforts upon running into some unforeseen complications with the Hotspot. Cory is a true asset to Verizon.

When you go to buy or upgrade a cell phone, you don’t expect much. The salesperson quotes you a price, rings you up, and off you go. But I had to leave this review for Mike Parks because his customer service was outstanding. I was upgrading my phone to an iPhone 13 and also needed some supplies like a case, car mount, etc. When presenting me with all of the above, he made sure to go over every single thing you can possibly need and really helped me out. In addition, the first car mount I bought from them didn’t really work for me and my particular car, so I called him to see what else he has. He went above and beyond to look at the different products and texted me pictures. He also texted me a picture of what he has in his car and explained how everything worked. Again, you don’t expect much from a cell phone salesperson, it’s usually just a matter of pay and leave. Simple as that. But Mikes customer service is very unique to this industry and I really appreciated all his help. I never experienced this type of amazing customer service from ANY store, never mind a cellphone sales store. I highly recommend this particular store because Mike Parks’ level of customer service is above and beyond and you will be happy you went to this store. Promise! Don’t know why he’s not managing several stores as a regional manager or whatever, but I’m so happy he was there for me when I needed what I needed. Thanks so much Mike for an awesome experience!

Mikall provided amazing service from beginning to end. He walked me through the process and answered any concerns I had and was completely honest about the costs and things to expect. I was very impressed at how knowledgeable he was and how attentive he was during my appointment. I also really appreciated that he gave me a follow up call to see if things were going ok! Overall 10/10 service, would recommend my family and friends to go to him 100%.

Qasim was a tremendous help! He spent a few hours with us helping upgrade 2 phones and once problems arose he was extremely knowledgeable and quick to troubleshoot the problem. He was very nice and helped us get the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend this Verizon location and ask for Qasim! He’s made a Verizon customer for life!

Never fear, Mikall is there. His service shows that Verizon is the place to be. His attention to detail, his eagerness to ensure you have the best deals and savings shows he appreciates coming to work and help everyone he encounters.

I came in to inquire about making a switch from T-Mobile to Verizon and he assisted me in finding the best deals and the best possible outcome to make the switch. Although it was a bit out of my price range, I felt comfortable and confident speaking to him and potentially make the switch when I'm ready myself.

When you stop by, always ask for mikall. You will not be disappointed.

Was warmly greeted by Tom E. in Islandia store as soon as I walked in. He was an absolute professional : courteous, knowledgeable and patient. After much research, he was able to pinpoint and solve the problem I was having with my phone. Store is in a great location too, right off LIE, and next to a Starbux ! Thank you Tom !

I walked into this Verizon store undecided which phone I wanted to upgrade to bc I was not happy w/ my previously purchased phone. Both gentlemen kindly greeted me & were very attentive and informative in helping me find the perfect phone to fit my individual needs. I am very happy w/ my new android device, after purchasing phone Austin took the time to walked me through & help me w/ the set up.
