7-Eleven

My son and I stopped in here on Thanksgiving afternoon for a couple beverages in between our holiday festivities. I had a temporary issue with my debit card and my son needed help with the Slurpee machine.

Andrew was a breath of fresh air! He was helpful, efficient, and kind. He went out of his way to cater to my son and managed to make this Thanksgiving just a little more special than it had been prior to our stop at 711!!!! We will be back. Thanks again Andrew!

It’s exactly what you would expect. The customer service has been great,(I’ve been going here for a year) they’ve had everything I needed, the place is clean as can be, and the food is good. Never thought I’d give a 5 star to a 7/11 but here we are.

Love going here. I stop by for my morning or evening coffee every other day. They always have what I want for a snack. The place seems fairly clean and I have always had a nice customer experience.

Always super nice people that work at this 711. Makes the trip a little out of the way from my house than going to the competition worth it for me.

They are always nice fast and friendly when I go in there which is like 3 times a week.

I always go here for the obligatory energy drink for the night, I use 7NOW app and it’s always been speedy and ready for me when I arrive. The selection is not as grand as other 7-11, but has a good vibe

This is a small 7-Eleven near the Navy base. The coffee station, which was the main reason I stopped, was pretty dirty. Most of the coffee selections were out and the coffee itself wasn’t lukewarm. The rest of the store was your average 7-Eleven in the area.

I’m getting more and more aggravated at how many locations have registers that are not up to date on their “7Rewards” promotions. This location has a sign directly above their display of the Kellogg’s 2oz cereal Snackbags that says “2/$4 with 7Rewards” but when I get to the register and put my rewards number in, they ring up at the regular price. I’m not paying $2.79 or $2.89 for a 2oz bag of dry cereal, that’s insane.
My other gripe is that some items require you to use the 7-Eleven app to get the promotional price (the sign for the cereal items made no mention of using the app for the discount). For craps sake, let us type in our 7Rewards phone number at the register ONLY instead of requiring us to have TWO different ways for discounts. It’s aggravating.

Looking for restroom. They didn't have one. Had to go next door.to McDonald's.

I gave this place 3 chances now I'm done. I went to purchase wings only for one of the employees on this day ignore me texting on his phone. Also he is the same employee who does not like to serve food behind the counter because he is very slow getting hotdogs it takes him 10 minutes to do that.i call customer service about the issue and cancel my 7 11 rewards. You don't treat customers like we don't mean nothing.

Went there and was excited to get a slurpee because we don't have 7/11 where I'm from. I got it but didn't taste test before I bought. I realized this was a mistake because it was the worst slushie drink I've ever had In my life. Undrinkable. On top of that they didn't have any actual slurpee straws with the little shovel built in, and the drink area was an absolute mess. Pathetic. Y'all call yourselves a 7-eleven? Psh. Also food selection was weak and untidy. It's clear that whoever operates this store doesn't care about providing the customer experience 7-eleven is known for.
