Here currently working with David, excellent service. Very informative about devices. Got me a new watch and he put my screen protector on with perfection. Looks like I have a new phone! No one’s ever took their time and installed it this way. I will return and specifically ask for him. Ive been a T-Mobile customer for years and this visit has been the most SUPERB!

I went into Union on a sunny Friday night. And mell helped me. He was so good. He was the best rep there highly recommend working with him. And I heard he has a race car. That is very fast. And he’s kinda cute too👀

This is by far one of the best T-Mobile stores because of Kenny. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me get everything I needed for a true Apple experience. I definitely will be coming back to him & telling all my friends. He has a customer for life!

Carin has such an amazing personality and you can tell her work ethic is great too. She was so patient with me and didn’t act annoyed with me at all. Overall her attitude and professionalism is a 10/10 I recommend her to anybody that goes!

This was our first time dealing with T-Mobile, to replace an I phone. I found the staff to be attentive,, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the transaction., especially with dealing with red tape created by the former company. Very happy with T-Moble so far, especially the staff at this location.

I am NOT. T-mobile customer but was having some issues with my cellphone. Carin assisted me and fixed the issue and as soon as my contract is up with my current provider I will be switching to T-Mobile because of the customer service that she provided. She didn’t have to help me but she did.
