Circle K

Circle K is a neighborhood convenient store with various items you can buy without going to a big box store. It also provides customers with gas pumps, cigarettes, beer, lottery tickets, etc. There are various locations in and around the Greater Memphis area.

My go to for my ice... Got to have the good ice!! 🤣

I have went In primarily at night, very late at night some could even say morning. They always let me inside the store and it’s clean. Usually has my drink and whatever else I want or need. Never had a bad customer service experience here not that it couldn’t happen just hasn’t been my experience.

Just about everytime I go to this place there is a problem. Since they are literally 600 ft away from my home, I figured I would support them. Most of the time they don’t have what I need or are closed at peak hours such as 6:30 pm. Tonight I was told I could not buy a carton of cigarettes at 8:45 pm. Never heard of that law. From now on I will gladly drive a mile away to go to a reliable and consistent location.

I have lived 3/10ths of a mile from this store for the last 9 months. However, I have made over 30 attempts to use this gas station and store and it has NEVER BEEN OPEN. It is super aggravating because it is the closest to my home and I typically spend $50 a day on gas/cigs etc. It doesn't matter what time of day it is from 7am to 7pm to 10pm, it is closed. Sometimes there is a note on door saying a bogus time that they will reopen but most times there is nothing. My family now considers this location to be fake, like you would see in N. Korea. It's a pretend store only.

S, Jacqueline attended to my purchase on 11/24/2018, register 1 and at 1150am ... Very rude and unapologetic lady. Obviously doesn’t care about the business or organization. Very rude and sarcastic. The management should be ashamed someone with that behavior or personality works for them. She even said I could report her attitude. I gladly pushed the poor service on the display !

Stopped for a polar pop. Door was locked clerk no where to be found. Knock a few times. Waited 15 minutes since this is one of the few places that has diet mountain dew on fountain. 1:40 am. Where is the clerk?

It’s never open during peak hours. Some workers are in there and don’t open door and them being close is on a regular basis.

Been here the last 2 days around lunch and doors were locked.

Locked up.
