Quality Inn West Memphis I-40

Had to stop and stay one night in West Memphis. Lots of hotels side by side but I got 2 king rooms with breakfast for $150 on Expedia for here. Comfy beds, air worked great with auto temp, and everything was clean. Only complaint was that the guy next to us was on speaker phone and we could hear vividly maybe due to the adjoining door? Would definitely stay here again.

Out of the house! I had like 55 minutes to shower and get ready. The gentleman at the front was super nice, super fast, and really did a super job! The room was clean, the place smelled good, price is perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay, super friendly staff, nice clean updated rooms, Awesome Breakfast, Bed was very comfortable, will definitely be staying again

I used my employee discount online and booked a room here in quality in.
Experience was amazing. Staff are so sweet and awesome.

This hotel has six 120-volt GFI outlets on the front wall. It's possible to charge your electric car here.
Breakfast is good, the staff is polite. There's a country crock just to short walk away, and a truck stop
A problem with this location is that if you want to go into Memphis, in the morning, there is at least 45 minute Wait fighting the traffic to get across the Mississippi.

We needed a place to spend the night and leave early the next morning. That is exactly what we got. The woman who checked us in was a delight. For travelers who just need a place to sleep with all the basics, this place works just fine.

Clean rooms, super friendly staff, good price

The staff is friendly as always. This was our first stay here and we will definitely be revisiting this hotel in the future. The room was very clean and to our surprise we had a refrigerator and microwave in our room for our drinks and snacks.the Breakfast was AWESOME best we've ever had at a hotel.

This place was very suitable. No complaints here. Sure the check in later could be friendlier but she's harmless after she's comfortable. Room was nice. Bed and sheets were clean. My 9 yr old daughter loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

The lady working was very friendly and even gave suggestions on restaurants in the area. The lobby was very nice and clean! Our room was very clean, had a microwave and fridge, and a very comfy bed! Most importantly our room was truly non smoking, which is a requirement because of ashtma! Rooms have blow dryers, iron and ironing board, coffee pots. The breakfast was quite good as well! This will definitely be my hotel to stay at while in the area!

We were pleasantly surprised with the room. It was clean and the decor was nice. There was a small refrigerator and microwave. We were in the first room and we were afraid it would be noisy but we never heard anyone. It was very quiet. The breakfast had a few hot meal choices which was nice. We would stay there again.

Staff was so helpful and very friendly. I was driving from Edmond Ok to Clarksville Tn and had to stop for the night. I didn't have a reservation but they still found a room for me. Good prices too. Will definitely keep them in mind if I have to stop over night doing that trip again.

Came here after attempting to stay in a local hotel and having to leave due to it’s conditions, this Quality Inn was easy and efficient to check into at almost 2:00am! The front desk lady said she had worked there for 21 years, and was the most incredible, sweet woman who made us feel very safe. The beds were comfortable and spacious, AC worked great, atmosphere was relaxing and clean, and the breakfast was great in the AM! Would recommend to friends / family visiting W Memphis.

Most comfortable bed I think I ever slept on in a hotel. Wonderful staff. The woman on duty was so nice. Good blueberry pancakes for breakfast. Big room. Would definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel based on the email I received from Choice Hotels which described the various steps the hotel took to ensure we were protected against the COVID virus. From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left we had no complaints. Everything was as we expected, clean and efficient. Of course because of the virus, the continental breakfast was limited. The staff, as usual, were friendly, professional, and helpful. We always enjoy our stay at Quality Inn no matter where we are in the USA.

I rented the jacuzzi suite. The maids were absolutely superb Latoya etc.and Jennifer in the breakfast area... front desk clerk Neenah was just great and so was Carmen- Shea. I can't tell you how accommodating the owner Mr. Chimen was. And too find a hotel where Diet Coke is only a dollar at the concession is unheard of.. Way to go Quality Inn, you are filled with quality.

Great place to stay all of the staff and management are very helpful and friendly. Super quiet and very clean rooms. I gave location 4 stars only because it's on a one way street.

Me & my husband stop thru here a few times a month, and we always stay at this hotel the rooms are clean the hotel is safe and quiet, the staff are really nice & make you feel at home. This place has been renovated and looks amazing. The breakfast is hot and the beds are very comfortable plus the rates are reasonable it beats going over into Memphis.
