AT&T Store

This was the best experience that I’ve ever had at an AT&T retail store. Lashun was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. He went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter and I had a positive experience. He had exceptional product knowledge and somehow got me to spend more money than I intended to spend. Lastly, Mindy was also kind and helpful.

Great service and excellent price! I stopped to get a phone mount for my car and the one I chose was originally priced at $30 but to my surprise it was on sale for$10. Even the employee was surprised. I tell you it is an excellent phone mount! Great quality and it stays put. No sliding or moving. I love it!!!

Came inside ATT and was greeted with a warm welcome from rep Ceejay. He was amazing from start to finish. Everything was laid out in detail and everything was explained perfectly. If you want good quality service don’t hesitate to come see him.

I just went in for a screen protector but he was the friendliest guy. He even put the protector on my phone. I always love this store.

Came inside the ATT store to look into getting internet services. Was greeted by Ceejay nice gentleman and very well mannered. He assisted me with getting set up with the new internet service att was offering. Explained everything and had very great knowledge if the product

I have been with T-Mobile for over 10 years and have dealt with horrible phone service and customer service for years. I walked into this store after waiting at T-Mobile for almost 2 hours just to be told I couldn't trade in my phone because of a small crack on the back glass. Christian McHenry at AT&T greeted me right as I walked in and got my phone traded in for a great deal and now I don't have any service issues. Why did I wait that long to switch. Thank you AT&T.

Excellent experience at AT&T on Union near PKWY. I had my phone stolen in Europe and was unable to access iMessage or any of my apps because it required my phone to authenticate.
They helped me clean up the mess, erase the stolen device, and then reset all my content from iCloud. I have everything like it never occurred.
I didn’t have to guess, they walked through the entire process to have me restored.

Ceejay is the best customer service person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting he is super knowledgeable in all things ATT so if you need anything he's the person to see

My experience with Michael was a 10 out of 10. He handled everything and got me situated with my Samsung Galaxy 24 Ultra in no time.

Last Wednesday I had to go to the AT&T store because my iPhone X that I had since 2018 took a swim in the sink. I was very distraught as it would not turn on at all.

However, I had the BEST experience I have ever had at an AT&T store thanks to Lashun and Al. I was eligible for an upgrade (obviously) so Lashun walked me through that. I got a purple iPhone 14 and he put the screen protector and Otterbox that I purchased with it on for me. I had my teacher badge and had mentioned I was a teacher and Lashun informed me that teachers get 20% off. I just had to show him my badge. No one at AT&T has ever told me that. Then Al was the real MVP. He had to take my phone to the back and he got the water out of my phone. Which he said it was A LOT. And he got my phone to turn on so that I would be able to transfer all the stuff from that phone to my new phone! Lashun and Al worked to transfer my stuff as there was so much. They were super patient and had light hearted conversation as they could tell I was so anxious about my phone. They were so friendly, patient, and went to great lengths to make was satisfied.

If you have to go to the AT&T store go to the on one on Union and ask for Lashun or Al. I was BEYOND satisfied with my service and experience. Thank you gentleman. Also, there was no wait. Lashun greeted me immediately upon entering the store.

I would give way more than 5 stars if I could!

We were greeted by personal as soon as we arrived and asked how they could help us, we love the Union AT&T Store and the service they provide, they are so awesome !

Mindy is amazing!! She took her time and got to the bottom of my issue. I appreciate her and the team so much.. it was like we were hanging out but getting the problem solved at the same time. Really turned my day around.. I got better service than I expected and Mindy got me to treat myself to some goodies to go with my replacement phone. Job well done.

Great customer service still exist in 2023! I cracked my iphone. I was hoping for a same day repair so my first thought was to use the Apple Store/ local phone repair. Both quoted over $400s and an over 24 hour wait time. I called AT&T next. I talked to a human immediately! A kind one! They told me exactly what to do. I filed a claim with a Asurion. Al from Asurion fixed my phone in 20 minutes! I can’t believe how convenient and affordable this was . AT&T, thank you for your great customer service and for hiring experts, like Al, whom can fix phones quickly and efficiently. I had a great experience.

We had a GREAT visit. James and the rest employees were so nice and helpful. James went above and beyond his job duties of helping us. He was very patient and attentive to our needs and wants.

Jay was a great reflection of AT&T desire to help it's customers. My issues I came with were met with true concern and patience. It took over an hour to resolve but I left with services connected. She had never encountered these problems before and yet she showed resourcefulness and intelligence, under her mask smiling I'm sure. Thanks for your patience Jay 😁👍
