Stores always clean and usually someone always greats you when you walk in and asks if you need help with anything.

Being open until 10 pm is a customer benefit. Breakdowns don't always happen from 9 to 5.

Store employees always helpful. Prices are very fair. Also offer a veterans and military discount.

Love the customer service everyone is very nice and respectful, if you know what your going for they help you right away and if you don't they'll work with you to figure out what you need, especially the young man named saul Arrieta every time I go like I said very respectful he is very good at recommending parts or even with cleaning supplies I really recommend this location on road 68.

Quick in and out to pick up a car battery.

I got there just before opening the manager let me in I explained that I honestly didn't know what I was looking for and he took me right to the product and sent me on my way! Great customer service!

Great place to get parts they have everything. The prices are reasonable also. I buy everything here from def fluid to filters for my diesel fuel system. This is my go to parts store. Oh and the service is always helpful and friendly.

I do like shopping at this location. The employees seem to be knowledgeable BUT there is a COMPLETE DIFFERENCE from the customer service you get from the younger staff and from the Hispanic gentleman whom is a tad older...he ALWAYS greets you, smiles and just seems to go the extra mile to make sure you're getting the right product nearly every time I go to that location.

went in to get parts for my ol’ girl, a young man named anthony helped me out with everything i needed and even helped me make better decisions with what i needed! will definitely be going back whenever i need anything else !

Me in all of my infinite wisdom left my gas cap on the roof of my car in benton city the other day. Drove all the way to pasco before I noticed it was gone. Luckily the helpful guy at O'Reilly helped me find the one I needed for like six bucks. He didn't even make fun of me, which he had every right to do.

Easy location to get to. Online ordering and pick-up went without issue. Has most everything you need for your ride.

Needed an oil filter for our 2020 Kia Sedona and they had 1 in stock. Sometimes hard to find for new or nearly new vehicles. Nice to easily find what I needed easily.

Staff was helpful. Didn't have what I needed in stock, but told me a helpful place to go if I'd like some further help. Seemed fairly knowledgeable.

Always my choice compared to the other parts store that remains anonymous (starts w/an A.....lol

Excellent service, I was able to get in and get the right stuff and have them install it right there for me. I appreciate that, and will now start going there from now on.
