AT&T Store

This was the BEST experience I have ever had at any cell phone store. We were greeted and helped as soon as we walked in the store. Allie answered any questions I had before I had a chance to ask them and she made sure I was satisfied with the phone I was leaving with. She went above and beyond, she really made my week!! She knows what she's doing!! Thanks!

Crystal the red head is the manager in there she helped big time saving me time and a hassle with my new phone!! Setting it up and transferring my data, Lia the new hire there was so nice and with assisting me! Love this location highly recommend.

Paul at the AT&T in Morehead City, NC was awesome in helping my partner and I to add a new line with a new phone that was perfect for me. Slightly disappointed that there was not a screen protector for my new phone beings I don't have the best luck with phones that are not 100% protected with a screen protector and a case, but other than that i was very satisfied with the customer service we received!!!

I just upgraded to a new iPhone 14 Pro, stopped by the Morehead City store. It was such a pleasure to have Crystal Britt wait on me! She was knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, funny and very professional! She answered every question, helped me purchase some needed accessories! I most say I was impressed with her! GIVE HER A RAISE!

Crystal helped me with an incorrect bill by calling a supervisor from at&t . She was a able to get it resolved immediately. Crystal was very professional and curious!! I was extremely pleased with the results Crystal provided!!

Talia did great. I had fast service with good reasons to do another contract. Best service I’ve had in years.

Wonderful costumer service . Went through all of our options and was very patient with us while we were deciding on which phones we wanted. Knowledgeable and showed us her own pictures she took with her phone so I could see how well the camera worked. We were on vacation and lost our phones in the ocean and she made it very easy for us. Emerald Isle area.

I had a great experience with the company. Mr. Mike the manager of the store was very polite and patient. He took his time guiding me to transfer from one phone to another and with my new watch too. I will be returning to the location.

I had a broken phone and attempted to do an insurance claim and was given a bad phone by at&t. Went into store and was helped by Kayla and Kylie. They were awesome. There were so many random issues with the AT&T site, but they put alot of effort to fix the issues along with working with other customers that were coming in and out. Michael another attendant came in and practically covered the store so that Kayla and Kylie could fix the extensive issues that randomly showed up on my account, at no fault of their own. You dont find many people anymore that really give an effort in a service industry, but this crew showed great professionalism, and care for me getting what I came into the store for. Thank you at&t crew. I really appreciate the step up, and and hard work!!!

I went in the other day and was helped by a man with dark hair. ( I believe his name was Noal but i could be wrong) Not only did he resolve my problem quickly, he saved me a large amount of money with my bill. He was kind, knowledgeable and made conversation while he worked on the problem. He treated me like we were friends, which was awesome because at other stores rep can come off as better than. This was a positive experience that I haven’t found at many AT&T stores. I appreciate his help and would recommend this store 100 percent.

Anytime my husband and I have ever visited this location it has always been a pleasant experience! Everybody is always Super helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to help us figure things out! My most recent visit I had Ioshua As my rep to help me out! He helped me save so much money! Without having to pay an additional dime I was able to set up parental controls on my son’s iPhone! I couldn’t have done it without his help, and his humor! My son needs to THANK HIM because he was about to be the owner of a brand new flip phone! That guy definitely deserves a raise ha ha!

Kylee was absolutely amazing in getting us setup today. This is not the first store we have been to trying to get help with new phones but Kylee got us hooked up. 5 stars would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Breon Baker is the reason I am writing this review. I do not care for phone shopping. He was patient with all of my questions, attentive to my needs, and respectful of my time as I was in a hurry! He was also very knowledgeable and fun to be around. Also the store was extremely busy while I was there and it seemed like he was the only one helping, but he made sure everyone got taken care of. I am glad that I have an excellent contact at at&t in Morehead City!

Kylee is an awesome store Manager and her employees are very friendly and knowledgeable on all Apple devices and Androids. When I am in that area hands down my family will go to her location. Very Clean environment.
