My mom, sister, and I went this evening to shop for phones. Brian helped us and he was absolutely delightful! Super knowledgeable, personable, and patient. He shopped around to get us a better deal on internet and didn’t make us feel rushed. We were there for 2 hours and it was by far the best phone shopping experience we’ve ever had. Marcus was also great as well!

Ty came by for a maintenance fix and he fixed our router and gave us lots of tips! He was professional, nice, & extremely knowledgeable. He is definitely the nicest employee I have experienced from spectrum! Thanks Ty

Made an appointment to return some set-top-boxes that I no longer need and the service was great. Customer rep Lanae was courteous and knowledgeable. She made the transaction so painless that I decided on-the-spot to switch my mobile service while there. Highly recommend making an appointment online. Was very pleased with the service.

I just want to say that if you make an appointment, you won't be waiting. If someone walks in, goes to the kiosk, and gets called before anyone else... it's probably because they made an appointment. Don't get mad because they made an appointment and you didn't.

Anyway, I went in with my fiance to be added to his account. Brian Goodwin helped us and he had us in stitches the entire time. Never was bored even though it took over an hour. I didn't even realize it had been that long until we were leaving the store. While my data transferred from my old phone onto my new phone, he helped other customers and tried to help as many as he could during that time. He is a hard worker, smart, and funny. He was super knowledgeable about the phones and didn't have to run over to read the descriptions. By far the best employee at that store that I've met so far. He should get recognized for his knowledge of products, humor, and speed.

I had a nice experience. Everybody was very knowledgeable. It's just one of those places where everybody wants cable and it is usually crowded and busy, but the fact that the employees knew how to troubleshoot exchange equipment properly was a plus.

I have been here a couple times over the course of 2 years. About 2 years I purchased a phone from them. The salesperson was Robbie. I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to answer all my questions, the best service I have ever received from a retail store. Fast forward 2 years, several weeks I went in to purchase a new cellphone. Low and behold there was Robbie! He assisted me with my new phone, switched all my data to the new phone and made sure everything was working proper. He remembered me from two years ago...many people just take the time to know their customers. This company is lucky to have an employee that performs so well! Thanks again Robbie, for your excellent customer service. It was mist appreciated.

I’ve always had great customer service here! People love to complain. If you don’t like waiting then make an appointment. I’ve done it every time and waited less than 10 minutes with a store full of people waiting each time I have. It’s not rocket science folks! Stop blaming the workers there, they can only do what they can do. Put yourself in their shoes. Geeez!

Great experience, rep was very knowledgeable. I did have to wait a bit but the experience was worth the wait. The rep showed me how to make a reservation so I won't have to wait as long next time. Definately will return and recommend. The mobile deal is also amazingly low.

My experience at this particular store was awesome, 5 stars isnt enough. I recommend anyone to deal with Specialist Robbie Raettig if possible. He was more than patient, and went above and beyond to find me the best deal possible, and he did. Even tried to get a good trade in value on my cracked phone. Again, if possible deal with Robbie Raettig.

I went with my brother-in-law, so he could get service set up at his new place. Also in the process, he had to get things sorted out from an old account that his ex setup in his name, pay the past due she racked up, and turn in old equip that he found when he moved out.

The Retail Specialist, LaNae, was so calm, polite, and professional during the 2½ hrs it took (no fault of hers, at all) to get everything done. My brother-in-law always has bad luck, but LaNae stuck with us til the end. She is a beautiful person with a warm and welcoming smile, and is a huge asset to Spectrum (Charter Communications).

Reviewing the folks at this location. These guys were enjoying their work. It was infectious.

There are some places you are not expecting to enjoy being around, like the DMV. But these guys kept a great atmosphere. Quite amazing.

No problems encountered but make an appointment! The first time I went, I waited over 45 minutes with two people getting called ahead of me because they had appointments. Second visit, I had an appointment and waited less than 5 minutes.

Really great new location. Somewhat sad it's not by my house anymore but, I love the new location. The employees are super nice, very respectful, and know their stuff. The only downside is, they should have at minimum, 3 people working at all times, maybe 4. Other than that, is pretty good.
