Had an issue with my riding lawn mower, which I did purchased from them some years back. Staff was extremely helpful, and the lawn motor was fixed in half the time they thought it would be.

This was not the first time i've had an excellent experience with this company. I needed a screw for a weed eater that nobody else could come up with. Even though it was not a brand they sell, the gentleman took a lot of time to find the right one and had it in stock to boot. Other places didn't even make the effort to try. Should have known to stop there first!!

Definitely recommend getting your service done here along with purchasing new lawn equipment and parts!!

Okay, so I normally only review restaurants, but my experience here just requires a response. I am not an expert in lawn care or service, but these nice folks helped me with every step. That's all the way thru listening to what I wanted and needed for my yard and how much I wanted to spend. They not only put a package together, they showed me how everything operated. Now, I know most people are thinking, well that's what they are supposed to do anyway, but when I got home I was having problems with figuring out the mower and had questions, so I called. I was so surprised when the man on the phone told me not to worry, because they were going to send someone out to my house to make sure everything is working properly. I don't mean the next day, but right then, wow. I'm not sure that they can't always do that, but that was really great. Frank was really helpful and nice. I would recommend going here for your new and service needs, from what I saw they do it all.

I was looking for a new residential lawn mower. Having identified my lawn requirement to Danny, he showed me all options. Unsure of what I really wanted, he spent over an hour discussing my needs and allowing me to test drive a zero turn mower and lawn tractor. A true professional. The B&B team provided great customer service and product knowledge. I highly recommend them. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

An update to my experience from 2021. In May of 2021 I purchased a ride on mower after much consideration. I went int B&B on a whim but had driven by their store countless times. It was a little out of the way for me, but I knew I wanted a Cub Cadet and I just took the opportunity when I was in the area. The whole process was smooth and all those at the store were professional and courteous. But this review is what happened 2 years later.

After receiving the mower I had a small issue that was quickly resolved over the phone. Again, the gentlemen on the phone was extremely helpful and courteous. Right before the call ended he stated, "We will go ahead and throw a credit on your account for the next time you are in the store." Honestly, it was unlikely I would ever use it as the store is a few towns over and I hardly make my way there. I thought it was a nice gesture anyways.

Far from my mind was this credit until we opened our mail today and much to my surprise was a check and the dot-matrix printout of my credit issued to me.

I just felt they deserved an updated review and my appreciation for their follow through. I would have been happy either way but this really goes above and beyond.

I felt welcomed when I walked in. The gentlemen working the front desk was able to help me focus my needs. Very happy with my recent purchase.

The folks at B&B are professional, courteous and knowledgeable about their inventory.
From the front counter to the mechanic's in back, these guy's treat the customer with respect and are extremely helpful.

Stopped by to get a STIHL chain saw, very nice and helpful people running the store. Serviced the saw and didn't take long. Highly recommend this establishment.

Sean Kelley is amazing at what he does, he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and their service center is the best.

Went in looking for something specific to measure out oil and gas mixing. Even though they didnt have what I needed they put in the effort to find it locally for me. I run a1/5 scale Gas RC and they don't usally cater to that but we're full of information for me to help out in my quest to find the perfect mix ratio. I went home and applied what I learned resulting in my engine running much better. Thanks guys! Truley appreciate it!

Carry quality products like Stihl, club cadet, ETC. They also service the equipment they sell. The staff are professional friendly and helpful . They are very knowledgeable about their products.

Excellent and very knowledgeable staff. I’ve always dealt the Sean and Fred up front, and Mike in the back, and I’ve always been happy with the service. Also have bought two Bobcat commercial mowers (and a handful of Stihl trimmers, saws, etc) from them and have been completely satisfied with all of the equipment and with the service afterward.

I just bought a new home and needed a lawn mower, trimmer, edger, blower, pruner, etc. I researched for days, in order to get the best deal and the best product for my money, getting a headache in the process!
Well; after all that work, I decided that having local pick up and service was my number one priority no matter what the brand, So of course I went to B&B! I am 64 and the Kelly boys have been there forever. Everyone was super helpful and spent my money like it was their money. I will get priority service and I am very pleased and confident. I am very happy with all my power tools and I don’t even care what brand they are lol! All I know is that if they service it, I’m buying it! Thanks guys

Outstanding folks there..., and they're awesome too! I have a Snapper riding mower (rear engine - 28" deck) that I'd bought from "another dealer" a few years ago, that I was NOT happy with. Since I'd bought a Stihl weedeater from B&B, I thought I'd get them to service my mower. I went from hating my mower to loving it. They did a fantastic job and it is now a joy to operate. Funny how attention to certain mechanical details by a competent mechanic can make such a difference. I am VERY happy now and I recommend then HIGHLY! This happy customer has found the sweet spot! 👍👍

The staff treated me great and educated me with the equipment I purchased. Made sure I was able to operate my equipment I purchased. These folks have my business and any other service that my lawn tractor needs in the future.

On a first time visit to the store, I stopped in to price a starter for my riding lawn mower. After receiving the cost for a new starter the gentlemen behind the counter went above and beyond by offering a valuable tip to try before buying the starter. I went home, followed his advice and it brought my mower back to life running like new without the need to by the starter. It is this type of rear service that will cause me to gladly do business with B&B again in the future. Forever grateful.
