Staff is always helpful and smiling! They always remember my fav drink too!! It's clean and nice looking inside. Not much parking at all maybe 2 parks in the front and a few in the back. Drive thru is always pretty packed but quick! Love this Starbucks!

I did not catch the ladies name who answered my dire call that morning. I waited 30 minutes for them to show up. My wife wanted Starbucks and by God she was getting it. I mean,every man knows you don't come back empty handed. The lady who took my order was sympathetic and they were quick. My wife was waiting and her patience was wearing thin and when I let the lady ringing me up know that she kicked it into William Shatner saving the whales speed. When I explained further she told me she would have opened early and helped me out but her Expresso machine needed to warm up first and my wife's extra shot would have been missing. That could have caused the end of everything since you do not mess with the natural order of things. So thank you mam, I woke up this morning because of you!

I can say that this is by far my favorite store to visit. I always look forward to coming here when I’m in town. They focus on making connections with customers as well as getting drinks out quickly and correctly. I love that they make everyone feel at home! I have never had an issue with long waits here or rude baristas.

Love the Staff here. Great people, friendly & cheerful every time I hit the drive thru. Always make my orders correct- I have a lactose allergy so that's huge for me bc I know after two sips if it's milk or oatmilk in the cup. Clean location. Always fast & friendly service.

Caramel Crunch Frappuccino is a favorite. Order extra crunches.

My husband and I used to go to Dunkin frequently. This Starbucks has ended that! We are greeted every time we walk in with smiles!! We have taught ourselves on how to order..lol. Every coffee we have purchased has not disappointed. DUNKIN was often hit or miss. We are now Starbuck fans. Hot, tasty coffees!!

Love the service and they have never gotten an order wrong!

Anyone who knows most Starbucks Baristas, they are sometimes rude. Thankfully the Morehead City stores are just the opposite!

Pink drink with vanilla sweet cream cold foam!!! I don't drink coffee, so I usually get a hot tea. Now they have this awesome drink. I get it everytime we go to Starbucks 👍Their sausage and cheese sandwich is pretty good, too.

I picked up coffee from the drive-thru and spoke with the NICEST barista. I've recently fallen in love with the Nitro Cold Brew and she shared information about it and made suggestions for my next order. She took her time to chat with me!

P.S. This was at 0620 and no one was behind me in line!!

Update: these ladies work so hard and so efficiently! I have never once received an incorrect order. I have never once seen or heard nasty attitudes, words, or facial expressions. No bumping and blundering. Just glorious employees with wonderful attitudes working the machine of teamwork in here. There were 5 baristas rocking through a serious peak time, and I enjoyed watching so much I had to leave a tip just for the show. Ladies: you are awesome!
I like it here. One night I was here until close working on my laptop. They never gave me grief for it or for being there 5-6 hours. Instead, the shift leader brilliantly called out to her crew “we’ve got 15 minutes left!” and a few updates after that. I felt no pressure and it was easy for me to pack up and head out, letting them lock the doors behind me at exactly close. I’ve never had a problem with my orders, but maybe it’s because I know when something doesn’t taste quite right it’s more my mood than the drink itself. The workers are nice. I’m usually greeted but not always; sometimes it’s just a smile. The woman who does drive thru is wonderful at communication. Inside, the workers keep a respectful volume for their chatter, so it’s easy to chill or work. It’s always clean inside, including the bathrooms.

Fastest and accurate service this morning. Great work ethics in this store, always pleasant and always gets my drunk right! Thank you for being there so early for us worker-bees! We sure appreciate you.

Sara is such an asset to this store! She is always cheerful and greets customers with a smile and kind word. She gets my drink right every time and I love her singing and dancing. I am sad she is leaving and will miss her.

Every time I come to this Starbucks (which is often), all of the staff is warm and inviting. But I have to share a particular experience I recently had. Last Saturday when stopping through the drive through early in the morning, the girl at the window Craigan, blew me away! She was so sweet beyond any expectation. She complimented me, and then proceeded to ask me if I had fun Saturday plans. When I told her I was a wedding coordinator, she was beyond kind and Thanked me for what I do for couples! As though I do some big noble job or helped her specifically, just because! From her smile to her warm heart, I was just beside myself. Just a small act of kindness and hospitality touch but it went so far. She genuinely made my entire weekend. She’s a breath of fresh air with the way people treat others today. I’ve been in hospitality and tourism management for 7 years, and she truly was textbook, genuine hospitality spirit to me. If I owned my own business, I 100% would be going to Starbucks to try to get her to come work for me! Excellent, excellent hire Starbucks! That’s what it’s all about! Kudos!
