I can’t say enough good things about Jimmy. I had a difficult issue to resolve and he patiently helped me resolve it. He was kind, courteous and, above all, very patient. Overall, a great experience at the Northport store. They are all very professional and work well as a team.

We were completely “blown away” by Jim’s competency, knowledge, as well as his helpful and pleasant personality.
Moreover, I ultimately purchased much more than I had planned on, as he was so helpful and specific with his advice. (I didn’t want to return to Verizon with somebody less competent assisting me.)
Verizon is blessed to have an employee with such a caring attitude, combined with concrete expertise regarding all of Verizon’s products.
I feel that this was an exceptionally productive day for all involved.

Jimmy was amazing. He was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. The whole encounter to upgrade my phone was quick and easy. Jimmy is a people person and was a pleasure to work with.

Kevin was so smart and nice. My family, three of us all changed phones and changed our accounts. This was a very time-consuming and tedious task. Kevin handled this whole thing smartly and joyfully. I’d like to say to him again “Thank you !” :)

Jimmy was super helpful with upgrading my phone. I was in and out relatively fast and he didn’t try to push all these extras that I didn’t need. Great service!!

Jimmy, the store manager, was the absolute best! He probably is the main reason why we switched from AT&T to Verizon. His knowledge base and patience level was beyond imaginable. He made us old people feel like we were the only customers there. He kept reassuring us and providing us with concrete details and numbers. To put our minds at ease. He definitely deserves a promotion!!

This was the most helpful and straighforward experience I have ever had with signing up for wireless service / phones - and that says a lot especially considering I had a tricky situation to deal with, having to change service for my own phone as well as another family member who is currently in another state. Jimmy was friendly, polite, very responsive, and technically accurate and knowledgable - and willing to go the extra mile to help me figure out the best way to do what we needed to do. I am soooooo glad I drove the extra distance to check out this store location and see what they could do for me - and I am very grateful. No surprises with the billing, either. From top to bottom, I highly recommend this store location!

All I can say is Verizon is extremely lucky to have Jimmy. He is personable, helpful and makes you feel very comfortable while assisting the customer. Obviously, I had a great experience with him and thank him for a seemless transition in my buying my new phone.
