I know that a lot of people post when things go wrong or when something isn't right. Well here's a post extending gratitude to the manager Mathias. I was trying to purchase the moving box kit. I called other stores but they did not have all of the boxes that I needed. I really wanted to just make one big purchase instead of buying boxes from different stores. Onlibe, some places said that all of the boxes were available but when I got to the store they were not. So, instead of driving all around town I started making calls. I called this location 4 different times... I was hung up on, transferred to different departments and finally I asked to speak to a manager. Some may say, that this should've been a sign to just call somewhere else but this was the closest store to me. I finally spoke to Mathias and he explained that the "moving kit" couldn't be found because you had to look up each item separately. So, that's exactly what he did. He checked and made sure there were plenty of every item in the kit. I then placed an online order for curbside pickup. To my surprise, it was Mathias who brought the boxes out. I have a regular sized sedan so it was a tight fit but he made it work. He was patient, persistent and kind. Things may not always start off on a good foot but you never know when just one person can turn it around.

I was able to order a bathroom vanity. The person who helped me was professional.

Ran out of miniature poinsettias though. About 100 the day before, nextday none. Only the big ones, so I settled on those. Still cute! Gave all the miniature ones away, and didn't keep any for our counter, so went back, but gone. Anyways, here's a before picture. Also, found that cute little tree. Smiles, all going super fast per the cashier, which I found to be true. But the hard way, after everything was gone. So, hurry up! Lol

About 15 years ago I bought tin snips from Lowe’s, the first time I used them the handle snapped in my hands, and I said to myself I will never shop at Lowe’s again!, but I went back this year for the first time in 15 years and was pleasantly surprised with updated items for-sale they are much better now and I actually prefer Lowe’s to Home Depot now!

Cheers to the Bowie Lowe's. The management and staff at the Bowie Lowe's are great!! Very professional. Helpful. Willing to go the extra mile to serve the community. This Lowe's store has been a great resource for our company. We're proud of their support! Thank you so much Matthew & Shawn!! We miss you Mr. Andy!!

Eric and Mathias were very helpful. Good customer service in finding items and at the checkout.

Had a previously one star review, however I went in the store yesterday to buy some plants. Spoke with Damion who really went above and beyond to help me pick the right flowers for my porch and deck. Thank you sir for helping me so much.

Staff went out of their way to help with a complex purchase. They were well informed and cared about their products.

Thank you Michelle at the check out counter at the Lowes in Bowie,MD. The young man initially at the check out counter was not very helpful with assisting me with a price adjustment for an item that rung up the wrong price. I’m not sure if was aware of the protocol. However, Michelle came right over to assist with correcting the transaction. Thank you again!!

Best prices on appliances..they match if the competition has same item for lower price

For this visit I gave 5 stars, the store organization, ease in finding what you need, cleanliness and the helpful staff. There was no wait in line, self check out was easy to use. I spent about 10 minutes in this store.

Bowie's Lowes, like Columbia's Loews is far much nicer than Laurels Lowes. The staff at these Lowes when asked a question they answer with courtesy. Don't try that at Laurel's Lowes.

Found what we needed quickly. Friendly staff and checkout. Military veteran discount, must pre-register.

I had two good experiences at this store. I needed a whole piece of drywall cut for a repair. The employees there helped me without any hasle at all. I returned to the store because there was a part missing from my purchase. Once again the employee cheerfully handled the issue. Bravo, Refreshing!

WOW!!! What a difference!! Is Lowes under new management??? The customer service today was outstanding!! The store was noticeably staffed appropriately. Customer service was timely and very responsive. Of special mention Ericka….she provided support on the floor, ensured a display discount was applied to our purchase, and offered to help load the items in our vehicle. Lowes continue on this path of excellence.
