The UPS Store

I have been with UPS for over 25 years. Never had a problem with them, received all my mail and they would sometimes call me to let me know that I have packages delivered. I like that I can use it for office getting papers xerox, get motorized when needed. I can always get packages delivered. Best of all I’m always greeted by one of the employees with a smile. I love that I can pick up my mail 24/7.

This was my first experience at this location, and I had the pleasure to have Zsarmaine assist me with notary services. She greeted me, served me promptly, and was friendly and very professional. Zsarmaine, I appreciate your great customer service yesterday!

They were so patient and kind. They were quick, efficient and very skilled at their jobs. Definitely worth recognition!

Warren was SO helpful today! He kindly helped carry my return items from my car into the store, because they were heavy, and he took great care when handling and packaging them. He did all of this while assisting other customers over the phone. He was friendly and extremely professional, and I truly appreciated his help this morning. Thank you very much again, Warren!

I go out of my way to ship packages with this location. The associates are so friendly and they wear their masks properly. They know how to pack your items for shipping. They provide quotes before they begin. The store is clean and organized. And I absolutely LOVE the email confirmation with tracking number. I don’t know why Amazon won’t let you ship returns for free with them. I definitely recommend this UPS store for your shipping needs.

Good location in Edgewater with friendly and knowledgeable employees. Love the easy returns with Amazon and this place has plenty of shipping supplies. Copies, and other office services also are here. Hours are convenient, too.

Great customer service and location. I really enjoy doing business here. And the staff is AWESOME! I truly appreciate the relationship I have with some of the staff especially Zsarmaine. She's knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. The staff makes package pick up/drop off and business transactions take place with ease. I highly recommend.

I have been using this store for 3 years and I love going to this particular location. Each time that I have gone, there has never been a problem. I must say that Zsarmaine Rodriguez has always delivered excellent service.

Know it because her demeanor does not change. She is very professional and always possesses a positive attitude and smile. Greets you when entering the store and send you on your way with have a good day, or weekend or see you next time. I am a very happy customer.

I love going to this location . I can't think of the supervisor's name but her customer service skills are the bomb! All the staff is great and they move the lines very quickly. My packages always get to where they are going. Which is a plus!

This UPS Store is fabulous. The employees there are professional, courteous, and always helpful. My packages arrive and are stored securely on site and receiving the email notifications are a plus. It is money well spent for peace of mind.

This place is like a tiny magic house. Why. Bc from the outside it looks so small but you go in and they have everything you need to mKe your shipping simple, quick, and convenient. Of course the best part are the extremely patient and helpful associates that helped me pack my item, and ensure it was heading to the correct destination. I even watched one associates try to help an older customer who was trying to send fax but for some reason it was not transmitting. Either a bad # or the other end line was busy. But the associates kept patiently trying numerous times to no avail. Still she offered to have to customer come back a bit later and she'll try again.

The location is good bc it's near a Walmart and Giant grocery foe any extra stopping you Maynard to make.

Yong & staff have been incredibly helpful with my print needs! As a manager of another The UPS Store location, I frequently send print jobs that I cannot produce in house to this store. This staff is very professional, and very accommodating to my needs. My customers and I are always incredibly happy with the end result. I very strongly doubt you will find a better print shop.

We ordered some small plastic plaques from the UPS store (who knew they carried these? ) and they came in really fast, were a great price and quality. Would go back to this location again.

The notifications are great, they show what mail is being delivered and packages as well! It also allows you to report any missing pieces of or packages. The response is fast and issues are resolved quickly. I'm so happy that they have this setup. Sign up and just check your email everyday.
