AT&T Store

I was in a desperate situation of potential life & death need for my phone to work. I walked in and Vona was absolutely fantastic in professionalism & skill (despite my being a nervous wreck beside her). She tried everything and found the problem. I hope that AT&T had some form of recognition. THANKS!!!!

Madison at Edgewater AT&T is excellent. They make the process approachable and is very knowledgeable. Had a great interaction with Madison.

I came in with a broken iPhone 12, and needed a new phone right away. I left with my new iPhone 13 in under a hour. Very knowledgable and professional staff made the process incredibly smooth.

Adam had very excellent customer service, he acknowledged my family and I as we entered the store, thanked us for being patient, was able to answer all our questions. He was very specially nice and patient with my elderly mom he even thanked all of us and we were all able to make our purchases in a timely fashion. Just to say I have never had a good time spending my money in a store and having fun at the same time. Excellent customer service and friendly I hope Adam and his manager will have an opportunity to read this email.

Andrew was friendly and courteous. He is still learning but got help from other employees to kelp the process moving. He did a great job putting on my screen and camera protectors. He was a joy to work with!

I needed to buy a new phone for personal and business use. Willie answered all of my questions clearly, suggested options and made the entire experience painless. He also took the time to help me with some items like getting my screen protector on correctly. He made me feel valued as a customer. He should be training other ATT staff at other stores! As a business owner I provide good service and expect it from others. Willie went beyond expectations. Thank you Willie!

I recently went to the AT&T Store in Edgewater MD to change over from Sprint/T-Mobile to AT&T and upon arrival at the store it was nothing but excellent customer service and support. I even ran into a minor speed bump with someone that had my same name attached to a delinquent account and my sales representative “Ivan Castro” was Phenomenal at helping me clear that up and getting me switched over. He’s actually one of the Best Salesman I’ve ever had from beginning to end he was on point and patient. Great Place and Wonderful Experience. They are Super Awesome I wish I could give more than 5 Stars they deserve 10 Gold Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As soon as I walked in Adam was so helpful and amazing. He greeted me with a smile and I was able to discuss the issues with my new phone which he resolved. Extremely helpful, kind and indeed went over and beyond to assist despite the store was closing. Adam at Edgewater 😊 I appreciate your service and as a first responder this type of service was refreshing.

After going to another AT&T store, I went to another to resolve issues I was having with my Apple Watch. Divine took care the problem, talked into iPhone 14 ProMax, he was also wanted to upgrade my IPAD, since I didn’t buy my iPad from AT&T, and had the iPad on my accounts, but was not showing upgrade. Divine is an asset to AT&T, since their customer service has been going down for years

Some of the best service I’ve ever received. Got things taken care of without any issues and very social. Highly recommended this AT&T location to newcomers. Zach is brilliant

This review is not for AT&T, I’ve had my issues with them from the start. This review is for Ivan at the Edgewater location. He is very clear and concise about all assets of what you are signing up for, informative, patient and helpful. Absolutely exceptional employee, thank you Ivan!

My wife and I walked into the Edgwater Md. store as long time ATT customers. I was in need of a new phone. We were greeted by Adam. He listened to what I was looking for. He then was able to help me find a phone I believe I will be very happy with. Adam was very helpful. In the end we left the store very satisfied customers. Friendly customer service and professionalism you don't see every day. Thank you!

Visited on a busy Saturday to port over two lines to existing AT&T account. Michael McBride was there to help us and was teaching two relatively new employees. He acted efficiently and was most helpful. What deserves more accolades was the way Michael was patiently teaching the novices how to navigate through the process online and in dealing with customers. Over and over again Michael patiently instructed asked pertinent questions and taught the new employees how to better do their jobs. Have a great deal of experience in the tech industry and Michael is one of the best teachers and managers I have seen in over 30 years. K

Amber, Ivan and the new employee Christina I believe is her name (please forgive me if I mess that up) made the experience quick and easy. Minus a little snafu on “my” part the exchange to get a store credit and to use the store credit same on this day was for the most part effortless. Professionalism. Courteousness. And even expressed gratitude towards me for just coming in. Kudos to them all and if I had it my way I’d say you all get a raise!

I have been going to this store for years for my business phones. They are always helpful and willing to get answers when difficult questions arise. Dan has been extremely helpful and also straight to the point listening to my needs and delivering without a bunch of extra stuff to sift through. I have no reason to go elsewhere and they deserve the credit for a job well done!

I never write reviews but I had to today. Walked in the store with a dead phone, walked out minutes later with a fully functioning phone. All that was required was a reset. But the new manager Michael was so friendly, fun and professional. Great Job AT&T Edgewater!

I am 73 & technologically challenged- I have come into your store several times for questions(actually stupid questions!)Each time Ivan treated me with respect& courtesy solving my problems. He is an exceptionally kind&professional salesman!
