CVS

Great experience! Friendly / helpful employees. As a new customer I can't understand why this does not have better ratings. I called last week with a question, left a message they got back to me within an hour. Went over today to pick up a prescription, everybody at the pharmacy counter was friendly and helpful. Was in and out of there in no time. Great job!

Nnegadi Tataw, NP is amazing! I saw her at the Minute Clinic. She is very thorough, provided effective care and was very, very caring.

Yesterday, the line at the pharmacy was longer than usual. When I got to the front of the line, I recognized the pharmacy tech from my old CVS in Hyattsville. I had just watched her gracefully handle three angry customers in a row. She told me a lot of the staff of the Edgewater CVS pharmacy had walked out and she was assigned to help out. I told her I wasn't surprised after seeing how people treated the pharmacist and techs there. I've always had a good experiences there, they've gone above and beyond to help me when I needed to fight the insurance company to cover my medication.

We are (hopefully) nearing post-pandemic life. Everyone is struggling. This pandemic has had an emotional toll for everyone. We all need to make an effort to be kinder, more patient, and more understanding with others as we all navigate re-entering society. I know getting back to a professional setting this past week was a struggle for me, and I can only imagine the challenges that others face.

Pharmacy staff as well as the rest of the stores staff have always bern great. We have been in the area for 3 years now and have had no issues at all. All these other people are clearly lying on the wait. I have always been in and out within 5 mins and never had a single script messed up and when the text comes they are ready to be picked up they are ready

I have been going to this CVS & the Dunkirk one for over 10 yrs & have never had a problem & everyone has always been nice and helpful. I wish I could say the same for all the other pharmacies in the surrounding areas. Whenever CVS runs out of a medication I take & I can not wait I cry knowing I have to go to a different pharmacy. That is how nice these CVS are compared to the surrounding pharmacies.

I went to the Medi Clinic and saw Molly. Molly was great! She listened, asked good questions and was concerned about my symptoms. She knew exactly what was wrong and prescribed me what I needed. She is knowledgeable about, which made me at ease and easy to talk to. I am so glad CVS has this as an option. I will be back. Thanks Molly for a great experience.

I went to pickup my sons RX at the 3025 Solomons Island rd, Edgewater Maryland location , I was waited on by Morgan, she informed me that the rx was $273 I told her my son did not have insurance but needed the medication . she told me to hold on and when she came back informed me that it would be $63.00. she took it upon herself to put me through the Good RX app. I cannot begin to say who grateful I was that she took the time to look out for a complete stranger. she is what makes this world a better place. I hope you can post this so others know what a wonderful person she is and how thankful I was to her kindness

Marry (Marie) was very helpful with my Covid test. I did the last minute appointment and I was running an hour late. She was able to accommodate me and was very friendly. Happy Holidays!!
