This location is great, we were able to find a beautiful Christmas tree pretty late in the game and everyone we encountered inside the store was attentive and helpful. The garden center gentlemen lifted, sawed, wrapped, and tied our tree to our car! Staff inside were helpful and kind as well, they even played with my son. I gotta be honest, I usually get my trees from local plant shops but I’m glad I came in tonight after being unable to find what we wanted elsewhere. The trees were better than the plant shop at this stage in the search, and the amazing price was *almost* shocking 😂

My wife and I almost always have a good experience here with the service from the washer and dryer department to the lawn and garden department. Most recently, we bought a Christmas tree and had a great experience. I would have never thought of doing Christmas tree shopping at a big box chain store, but the gentlemen helping us with the Christmas tree made the experience fun and jolly! They cut it, wrapped it, and even put it on our car for us - we drove away with smiles on our faces and a jolly spirit in our hearts.

I give 5stars to Mr Lawson in the paint department,he is so patient and helpful and seems to know almost everything in that store.

The store team here doesnt get enough credit for their help and patience they give to customers. I watched a "Karen" come in to return items and demand a manager and telling the associate to "just hurry up and do it". The associate was very calm and attentive, with no attitude or difficulty as he tried to help her. Meanwhile she kept running her mouth, I was waiting for the Asst. Manager to get back to me about an item. They kept checking on me asking if I needed anything. Kudos to the storm team for their professionalism and attentiveness. 🤙

Ms. Angie in the painting department helped my mother and I pick out a few items. She was very professional and nice. Every time I come in the store, she is happy to help. Wonderful customer service. Thank you, Ms. Angie.

This home Depot is well organized with clean restrooms. The employees can't help you but overall you'll find what you need.

I only gave this store 5 stars because of the manager Eric who helped me when no else came. The cashier (Whisper) called for a lumber associate several times who by the way was very nice and helpful and didn't leave my side until someone came.

Love this place cause of course they have everything you need and folks that know their stuff. John in particular has helped me through a few projects. He is patient and walks me to where things are as most of the employees do. They have rectified a few issues I have had with ease and it’s the only place for me!!

Shout out to Stephen( hope I spelled it right!) in the paint department. I had a general idea and picture of the kind of color I was aiming at for the whole living room in our home, though I was struggling to pick the right one, he came right up and pulled a bunch of colors out to match what I was looking for which ended up only taking a couple minutes for us to find the perfect one. Recommended the best base to mix it with taking into consideration it being kid proof as we had our little ones with us, we would’ve been there forever and probably left without the right products if it wasn’t for him.Spent the whole weekend painting and are so happy with the way it came out.Thank you!!

Good selection of items, clean store, and the staff is very helpful. I was looking for some items that were listed in the app but that I couldn’t find, Prince the associate was very helpful, went out of his way to find the items which were stacked high on the shelves and requires a lift to get. All while in the middle of doing something else. This is the exact kind of customer support that is rarely seen these days. I commend his effort and appreciate the customer service that was provided.

Taylor at the Customer Service Desk is excellent!!!!! His customer service and patience are off the charts. We had a difficult and complex transaction, and he made everything work to perfection. We can't thank him enough. Great job!!!!!!!

Great in-person customer service. Thank you, Deon!!!!!! I ordered two items for curbside pick up. After the box was placed in my car, I got out to double check and realized I was missing the second item. I tried re-checking in and calling, but no success so I just drove up to the exit of the store and asked an employee who was bringing carts back inside. I explained the situation and that I had my toddler with me and didn’t want to bring her inside due to covid19 risks. The employee, Deon, said “no problem I will look into this for you.” I assumed he would pass issue along to curbside pick up employees, but instead he took charge and spent 40 minutes trying to find the missing box. He came back out to my car multiple times to update me. No one could find the box, so he issued a refund to me and brought me the receipt so I didn’t have to bring my kid inside the store. And then, he called me about 5 minutes later to say he had located the missing box and would arrange to have it left at the service desk for me to repurchase tomorrow. He was so helpful. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Deon!

GREAT service for do-it-yourselfers! My husband and I stopped by for supplies for a bathroom remodel. Chris and Phil took extremely good care of us. They walked us through every step and helped us find everything that we needed in one place. They were patient and explained everything to us. They even helped with color options. I was surprised and delighted at their level of expertise! We will definitely be back.

I was in Bowie for some 8" bathroom faucets and ... bought them and Christmas stuff, for 2023, at HALF PRICE ... I still spent more than I wanted to but ... lol.
Next Christmas I will have all the decor I need !!

Went around to 3 Lowe's and Best Buy looking for a particular washer and dryer. We got horrible customer service in 3 of the 4 stores until we came here. Tim who I believe works in the kitchen area came over to us to ask us if we needed help and was amazing! He gave great advice, he was very helpful and patient with us. Very pleasant experience for a very important purchase. Thanks Tim you rock!!!

I bought some paint for a new bathroom in the basement. The color I chose did not turn out quite like I thought it would per the paint cards when I brushed a small amount onto the wall. More blue in the gray than I would have liked, and I kicked myself for not getting a sample first.. There are no returns for mixed paint, but I went in to see if they could adjust the color. She offered to make a one-to-one exchange for the right color. I was shocked that she would do that but very happy. Salesperson's name is Angie and she's a five-star employee. That's all I have to say.

This is my preferred Home Depot to go to within a 30 mile radius. The staff is friendly & very helpful. There is a member of the staff present in each department. If the employee of the department you're shopping in is helping a customer, or on break; someone from a different section is always willing to help you out.
The staff always seems happy, and they're very knowledgeable about their specialty areas. It's a great Home Depot.

Daniel (I think her name is, at the paint counter long blonde braids) is phenomenal. I came in today for paint and ended up crying pretty much at the paint colors due to a personal situation. She without hesitation jumped in to help me choose a color and just talk to me. To be honest just her talking to me and her encouraging words meant the world to me. I left the store not feeling like my entire world is upside down. Truly excellent customer service. I tried to call in to a manager but the wait time was a bit long so I hope someone from the store reads this. She is a gem to company and someone needs to know that. Also, she helped pick a color that looks 100X better than what I had originally gone towards. The room is coming together beautifully.

I needed a porch light and numbers for the front of my house. Don who works in lighting was PHENOMENAL!! I knew what I wanted but was undecided with the selections. Don is very knowledgeable of his department...he took his time to explain search and help me get what I needed and unfortunately they just don't hire excellent workers like him anymore! The store was overall decent looking the staff appeared friendly and I would definitely return to this location and refer them.
