CVS

It was amazing! As I was looking for vitamins in the vitamin aisle, a CVS staff working asked me if I needed help? I was blown away. I have never had a CVS worker ask me if I needed help. When I found the vitamin, there were two choices so I went to the pharmacy. A pharmacy staff worker didn't know the answer and took the initiative to ask the pharmacist. The pharmacist greeted me and explained the difference in a very kind way. On top of that, the vitamins were buy one, get one free! Also, there was staff diversity and that was nice. Management is doing an excellent job at that store.

Most of my prescriptions are filled at CVS, and I generally buy most of my drugstore items from a CVS. Oh, Today I shopped at the location on Crain Highway in Bowie, which is a location I very seldom visit, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the superior customer service I received from Abigail, the sales associate associate. Abigail was so delightful, efficient, and helpful that I will now do most of my drugstore shopping at the Crain Highway location. Additionally, the store was clean, well-stocked, and well organized. I strongly recommend CVS and this particular location to anyone needing drugstore items, and be sure to look for Abigail!

Christian was very patient and helpful. For some reason, all of us customers were tugging at him for questions, but he exuberated excellent customer service, never once seeming frustrated. Thank you for your help!

Great staff and customer service at all times. Sad that people don't appreciate all the effort the pharmacy staff have to do in order to get their medication ready and request refills from their doctors on their behave. They think it's the staff's JOB on obtaining refills when it really is just a courtesy being done for them, as its the customers obligation to keep track of their OWN meds. People just need to know how to appreciate all the work the staff has to do in order to obtain their prescriptions.

Contrary to a lot of people I find the pharmacy techs to be very efficient and very helpful. I understand the pharmacy business and a lot of times problems with insurance is not the fault of the tech but rather the fault of the insurance company themselves. They are a business like any other with the ultimate goal of maximizing profit. If they can find a reason to delay or reject a claim it can put more money on their bottom line. The pharmacy technician is the one caught in the middle between the patient and the insurer.
A little bit of patience and understanding can help to resolve most issues with a minimal amount of inconvenience.

Pharmacy staff are nice and the wait inside is very short if you go during non-busy hours for refills and such.

I went to fill/pick-up a perscription on Tuesday after havingr dental work. Jai was AMAZING! One of my perscriptions wasn't in stock and she was super professional about next steps so that I could get another pain med. When I came back later for pick-up, she greeted me at the pick-up windown by name. I just felt like it added an additional personal touch and she said she hoped I felt better. I just really appreciated her professionalism and work ethic. I had thought about switching to another pharmacy, but I think I will stick around.

When into CVS got the prescription came back out everyone was very delightful very courteous

This CVS location...is Awesome-- the Associates; the Product and the Prices..

Daughter got vaccine done at this CVS and was fast and no problems. Would recommend.
