I would like to share my pleasant experience. I'm visiting my friend in Swansboro, NC and we decided to go to TJ Maxx. After we finished, we decided to stop in the Shoe Dept. to see if I could find any shoes for work. I do not normally buy shoes unless I can find a deal. There were two extremely helpful associates who assisted my friend and I while also assisting other customers. My friend kept sending the associates back to the back to get different sized Hey Dudes. They were so accommodating! THANK YOU!! Both were extremely polite and helpful. It's so refreshing to find workers this day in time who seem to want to work. I would definitely recommend this store to locals and visitors alike.

Good prices and I had wonderful customer service from Isaac! He was very helpful pulling different options for me to try and was just a genuinely nice guy! I will definitely be a return customer.

I found a very comfortable pair of 15s to work in. They were pricey but my feet and knees don't hurt. Id never seen these anywhere else. The attendant was very helpful or I wouldn't have found them. I wish I caught his name.

Best place to come get all your back to school shoes. If heading to the local Beach stop in for some great sandals. Everything is good here. Need dress shoes, football cleats, bedroom shoes, Adidas, Nike, Vans, DC, Converse, Rockport, Skechers, Clark's, and many more brands to choose from.

Nice to see that you are cleaning out your rude employees and replacing them with decent human beings! was very pleased with my most recent visit and will be back there today. Hoping for another decent interaction, if not ill be back to update my review!

UPDATE: Went again last night and again impressed staff seems to be all new faces and they are eager to help and throw a smile your way! Happy to see an improvement!
