AT&T Store

Bobby was very helpful in helping me set up my new iPhone. He told me exactly what to do and helped put the case on as well. He was very attentive and kind and we had a good experience at the store.

As soon as I opened the door to the store, the acknowledgment of my presence was immediately recognized. The courtesy of the sales representatives was wonderful. They all made me feel like apart of their little family. Once I explained the type of help that I needed, they immediately analyzed the situation by asking the right questions. Their help was graciously appreciated.

I was very satisfied the young lady had the best customer service she made sure I understood the products that I was abt to purchase. I'll Gove her a 5star across the board. As soon as I walked thru the door she was helpful, her name was Keilani, the absolute best customer Service.

Came to activate a new account. Wellington helped me with the opening and activation. He made the process very easy. He is courteous and professional. Highly recommend this store and my level of experience with Wellington was a five star.

Stopped in with a phone that wasn’t responsive, and the team had me in and out in seconds. Just needed a reset. I appreciated their straightforwardness in helping fix my existing device rather than trying to push me into purchasing a new one.

Rarely in the last five years has someone worked so hard! Lydia (Gloria?) spent two hours trying to install an SD card. She ran into issues due to my malfunctioning phone, but what amazing customer service! That's dedication above and beyond; please give her a raise!

I have a problem with fraud/scamming of my SIM card, and Steven was helping during the whole hour!

I went into the store several weeks ago to resolve an issue I had been unable to resolve via phone. The assistant manager, Jai, was fortunately helping us that day and she spent a long time navigating the four customer service lines as I had. Her persistence paid off and after 90 minutes the problem was corrected. I appreciated Jai for taking ownership of the problem and seeing it through to the end. Jai also identified additional discounts for my daughter, who is a first responder, and suggested she come back another day to sign up. This was excellent customer service!

Great experience at this store with Joshua. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and very patient! He set us up with phone service quickly and answered all our questions.

The team at this store is wonderful, great service! They worked on my problem to fix it until they did and it wasn't easy. Josh and Janazia are a great team of collaborators. Highly recommend this store.

Great service by a very helpful staff. I came in today to switch service from T-Mobile to AT&T. The switch was much easier than when I switched to T-Mobile. Thus far the service is much better and I’m really happy with my phone. Highly recommend.

I had a Samsung S6 from 2015 that was dying and DREADED dealing with getting a new phone. I've always had good luck with help from this ATT store in Clarendon so I called, got Janazia Anderson, who was so incredibly helpful, I couldn't believe it. So I went in, ordered a Samsung S23, Jai migrated ALL my information from the old phone onto the new (which took overnight!--given my massive number of photos and other things) and when I picked it up, she patiently explained the basics of this new phone...LOVE IT--the phone and the customer service! This ATT store is THE BEST! 😁

Josh provided excellent service setting up and transferring everything to my new device. He was knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely be coming back again for any future device upgrades or purchases.

I've been an AT&T customer for about 15years. This has to be by far one of the best AT&T ive been to. I used to have DirecTV back before AT&T bought it I must say you can see the difference in service now...
